Chapter Forty Nine Raven

            Stretching out on the couch I rubbed my eyes carefully, my arms were still sore after getting the stitches out. Sitting up I glanced around when I realized how quiet it was on the bus. If I knew anything about these guys, was that they were never quiet not even when they were sleeping. Someone was always snoring or it was all of them.

            "Guys," I called out. When I was met with silence I stood up and looked around. Walking up to the bunks I stopped at mine and Andy's only to find it empty. Doing the same to the others, squeezing my eyes shut when I got to CC's hoping that he wasn't naked, I saw that the others weren't here either.

            Grabbing my phone I messaged Andy.

            Hey babe, were r u and the guys?

            Tapping my fingers I walked back into the sitting area and switched the TV on, channel surfing as I waited for a message. Glancing at my phone my eyes widen as I realized that half an hour had gone by without a reply. Getting up to look around once I sighed with relief when I saw a note hanging on the wall.

            Went to signing, didn't want to wake you, and might go out for a drink if we finish early, not sure when we'll be back.

             Closing my eyes I rubbed my forehead, grabbed one of CC's Monsters and walked back to the bunk area. Carefully I climbed into my bunk and opened up the book I've been reading. I can only hope that one of them wouldn't drink and get them all home safe.

            Hearing laughter I slowly blinked my eyes, wishing they could be a little bit quieter. Wrapping a thin blanket around my shoulders I got out of bed I walked out of the bunk room to see CC and Ashley singing into their bottles. Smiling I turned my head to see Jinxx eating out of the garbage and Jake already had a pile of food out on the counter, his head hiding behind the door as he searched for more.

            "Raven," CC slurred.

            "Hey CC, what's up."

            "Join us," he waved his bottle as Ashley drank his.

            "No thanks. Where's Andy?"

            "Right here," Turning around I smiled as Andy walked into view. Wrapping my arms around his neck I kissed him.

            "Hey, miss me?" He smiled as he settled his hands on my hips, pulling me against him.

            "Yeah, I haven't seen you all day. I wish you woke me up."

            "But you looked so cute sleeping. I couldn’t possibly disturb you." I gave him a look but pecked his lips once more. Pulling away I ran my tongue over my lips and could taste the alcohol. My eye brows furrowed together.

            Andy sighed. "It was just one beer and a shot. That was it Raven I swear." I nodded my head.

            "I believe you."

            "Then why are you looking at me like that."

            "Like what?"

            "Like I'm going to become a drunk and not give a shit about anything except when my next drink is and how I’m going to get it." Andy said. He let go of my hips and paced around in the small area. I stayed quiet as I let him calm down.
