Seeming though this story had finally come to an end, I thought it would be nice to write a final message.
I've had a great deal of fun writing this story and I impressed myself with how may characters I added and the many twists I never could seem to get enough of. And I just want to say a large thank you for voting and commenting through out as it meant a lot and kept me motivated. Despite that very large break at one point... still sorry about that.
I also wanted to tell you what this book was based on. It all started when I watched an episode of charmed, which involved a child who was a firestarter. His magic was the ability to start fires with his minds, and in this book of magic firstarters were titled as 'coveted'. A word I've used more than often in this book.
And then I took inspiration from a manga called 'Black Bird', where the main character, Misao, is a senka maiden, her blood and flesh can deliver powers to demons. Which was my inspiration for (Y/N) but combining two supernatural beings to create an even more powerful one.

And I liked the idea of a year long gap from a page from the manga vampire knight.

But decided to keep it only a year long gap as I had to bare in mind there were other mortals, and Mephiles only had 50 years left, he wasn't going to wait too long to try and prevent his fall. Thought I'd just let you know where I got my inspiration from.

Concerning a squeal.
I don't have a squeal planned for this story, but feel free to comment any ideas you think would possibly be good for a sequeal. Whether or not I write will entirely depend, but it is most likely there wont be a sequeal.
