Talent Show

"I DON'T WANNA GO BACK TO SCHOOL," cried Leo while grabbing onto Capricorn's leg. Capricorn tried to shake him off.

"Leo you're not five. Let go and get ready!" ordered Capricorn. Then Gemini walked into the living room carrying a black bag.

"What's in there?" asked Pisces.

"Nothing. See you all later!" Gemini ran outside.

"Don't worry. That bag isn't big enough to be a body bag," said Aries.

"How do you know what a body bag looks like?" asked Capricorn.

"Well it has to be big enough to fit a human inside so you can kind of imagine what it would look like," said Scorpio.

"Hey guys, did you know the school talent show is coming up?" asked Sagittarius.

"Wait! There's twelve of us! Let's all do a play!" suggested Cancer.

"Yeah! Let's all NOT do that," said Aquarius.

"Why not? If Cancer wants to do a play then we should try it out," said Taurus.

"Fine. As long as I get to pick the play," said Virgo.

"If you pick something stupid then I'll hurt you," threatened Scorpio.

"Don't worry. You'll love it!" promised Virgo with a big grin.

"We can discuss this during lunch. The bus will be here soon," said Libra.

After school the zodiacs were in the theatre room. It had a big stage and in front of it were  lots of seats. Then Cancer ran in the room.

"We have permission to stay as long as we clean up after ourselves," said Cancer.

"I don't want to do this," muttered Aquarius.

"What's that?" asked Taurus.

"I can't wait to do this," said Aquarius with fake enthusiasm.

"Virgo have you decided what play we'll be doing?" asked Libra.

"Yes. I think we should do Romeo and Juliet."

Scorpio crossed her arms. "I refuse to do that play. It's stupid and annoying."

"Like Virgo," muttered Aquarius. Capricorn (who overheard) started laughing.

Virgo grinned. "Oh really? Because those who participate get some cheesecake."

"Hmm... still not worth it," said Scorpio.

"And a few chocolate bars each. I believe you're running low on chocolate Scorpio," said Capricorn.

"That's because SOMEONE gave Pisces and Cancer all my chocolate!"

"I thought we were over this," said Pisces.

"So... are we going to do auditions or what?" asked Aries.

"I call dibs on being the director!" said Capricorn.

"I'm already the director," said Virgo.

"Assistant director. Or lights and sound. Just don't make me act!" pleaded Capricorn.

"Fine. Me and best friend Cappy will be the directors. The rest of you figure out what role you want to play." Virgo jumped off the stage and sat in the front row with a copy of the script. Capricorn sat beside him.

"So... who wants to play Romeo and Juliet?" asked Libra.

"I volunteer to play Romeo... only I could play such a fabulous role," said Leo.
