Dinah watched with hurt filled eyes as Lauren pulled out of her embrace. Over the past few days, Lauren had been pulling away from her, and Dinah didn't like it. She and Lauren had always had a very close and honest relationship, but the past few days Lauren had been extremely quiet and closed off.

"I have to go." Lauren said softly to her girlfriend. As she turned to leave, Dinah gently grabbed her wrist and pulled her back around.

"Hey, don't go. You just got here." Dinah pouted.

"Dinah, I need some time on my own. Please understand."

"Baby, you've been pushing me away all week. Please let me in." Dinah begged. "I love you. Please let me know what's going on." She pouted.

Lauren looked down to avoid her girlfriend's eyes, and Dinah couldn't take it anymore. She let go of Lauren's hand and pulled out her phone. She pressed on Camila's contact and waited patiently for the phone to ring.

"Hello?" Camila answered.

Dinah looked at Lauren as she began to speak. "Mila, tell Drake that we aren't going to be there today."

Lauren shot Dinah a 'what the hell are you doing' look. Dinah winked at her and sent her a smile that made Lauren melt.

"What do you mean that you're not going to be here? Where are you going?" Camila asked.

"Don't worry about it. Just cover for us, okay?"

"Fine, but you owe me. You have to tell your mom to make that Tongan pudding."

"Fine, Mila." Dinah rolled her eyes playfully. "I'll see you later."

"Later, gator."

Dinah shook her head as she hung up the phone. "She's such a dork." Lauren was still looking at Dinah like she had lost her mind.

"What the hell are you doing? Why'd you tell Camz that we aren't going to be there today?" Lauren demanded.

"Because we aren't. We are going to go out and spend some time together."

"Dinah, I told you that I need some time to myself."

Dinah shook her head. "I'm not letting you pull away from me, Lauren. We've come too far in this relationship and I love you too much to let you slip away from me." Dinah stated firmly. Lauren looked at the sincerity in Dinah's eyes and realized how much pain she was causing the younger girl.

"Okay." Lauren sighed. "Where do you want to go?"

"It's a surprise." Dinah smirked and pulled Lauren out of the studio.

"Are we there yet?" A blindfolded Lauren asked.

"Stop asking me that. We'll get there when we get there." Dinah giggled.

"Uh, babe, if you don't recall, I'm wearing six inch heels and we've been walking for half an hour."

"No one told you to wear those heels, Lauren. I told you to take them off in the car."

"What would I have worn then?" Lauren asked with an amusing smirk on her face. Dinah took the opportunity to wrap her arms around Lauren's midsection from behind and bring her lips close to the blindfolded girl's ear.

"I would have carried you." Dinah husked and Lauren shivered at the feeling of Dinah's warm breath on her ear. "But we're here now, so it doesn't matter." Dinah pulled away from Lauren's body. She began untying the blindfold and quickly got it off.

The sight in front of Lauren made her gasp. They were currently standing in a meadow-like field that was absolutely breathtaking. There were trees surrounding the entire area, and the sun could barely be seen. It was almost like a secret hide away.
