Who's grumpier in the morning?

That's a hard question, as they are both not morning people at all. While opening for Tori Kelly's newest headlining tour, Unbreakable Smile Tour, Lauren and Tori were allowed to share a hotel room every once in a while, and it was always the worst for the unlucky soul that would have to wake them up the next morning.

It started with the alarm on Lauren's phone going off at 5 am due to her being the second up for glamz, and Tori immediately groans at Lauren to turn it off, knowing that she's due in hair and makeup as well.

"We should get up." Lauren mumbles into her pillow where she'd buried her face. Neither woman were cuddly people when it came down to sleeping, and did a very good job of staying on their determined sides while in their slumber.

"Shhh. Five more minutes." Tori whispered to her girlfriend, adjusting so that she was facing away from the younger woman, her arms finding their way underneath her pillow.

"Mm, sounds like great idea." Lauren mumbled to herself, turning over onto her side and snuggles into the covers.

When fifteen minutes passes by, Will approaches the room with vigor. He taps on the door twice, but receives no reply. "Lauren! You're late for glamz! You can go back to sleep when you get your makeup done.

"Ugh." Lauren growled, sitting up in the large bed. "I'll be there in a minute!"

The sound of footsteps retreating away from the door allowed Lauren to let out a sleepy sigh and turn to her girlfriend who's face was still facing away from her. She knew that there was no way that Tori was still asleep due to Tori's insanely light sleeping habits, but the woman stayed completely still nonetheless.

"I'm gonna go get glamz done." The green eyed woman stated as she rolled out of bed. "I'll see you before soundcheck."

"That long?" Tori whined, sitting up with an exaggerated pout. "Soundcheck isn't until like 4."

"I know, sweetie, but that's the price we have to pay if we want to go on tour together. Remember when we didn't see each other for days at a time?"

"Let's not even talk about it."

"Exactly, so let's just bask in this for a little while." Lauren smiled before stumbling over to the bed and pressing a kiss to Tori's cheek before sauntering out of the room.

Tori settled back into bed as she heard the door to the hotel room close behind Lauren. However, it wasn't even a minute later that she heard another knock on the door.

"Tori!"

"I'm up!"

Who prefers text instead of calls?

Though it's soooo hard to believe, wink wink, Tori's actually an extremely awkward person. Like, hella awkward, and like most young people, she feels much more comfortable through written words. Lauren, on the other hand, enjoys phone calls as much as she loves losing herself in the thick book in her hands. She enjoys the connection that came with speaking to someone over the phone. To hear the way their voices reacted when the direction of the conversation changed

"Um...yeah." A small, awkward giggle fell from Tori's lips.

"Poodle, why are you always so awkward on the phone?" Lauren whined, plopping back onto her bed. She was currently back in Miami thanks to the tour's two week hiatus, and she couldn't get over how amazing it felt to be home. Though, she did miss her girlfriend a hell of a lot.

"How many times do I have to tell you not to call me poodle?" Tori huffed into the phone and Lauren could practically feel her smile on the other side of the phone.
