Berdegup jantung sy ni. Dug dug dug mcm tu perasaan yg pes time naik pentas utk pertandingan bercerita masa darjah 3. Korng ada pernah rasa gitu ka? Yg tiba2 pndai sakit parut sbb tlmpau nebes.
Kul 5am, Registration kaunter Combat Training. Sy dkt beach sana S***a I***d. Jauh juga dorng bikin ni training combat o. Sy dtg Siap kunun dgn sy punya training gear ni. Kecuali undergarment, smua peralatan sy ni baru ✌✌. Ketara butul jakun o. Sy p dkt tu kaunter.
"Fir Tandingan from B***h R**d.
"Nice to know you Fir, am Vie. I will be the trainer for today session. Did you already take your breakfast?" Cantik tu trainer bah. Mantap butul pantat dia, flat abs, bahu lebar, bnyk bikin push up kali.
"I took my protein shake with milk", malu2 sy menjawap.
"I don't think it's enough, sugar. Take this and get enough water before we start", dia hulur sy pisang. Ha? Awal juga mkn pisang, x sakit parut ka nanti? Tapi sy makan juga.15minit mcm tu, full sudah tu tmpt. Lebih kurang dlm 20 orng kali kami smua. Di beach bh dorng bikin training ni. Sy tingu rata2 smua badan basar mcm sy, ada yg lagi basar tapi ada juga yg sangat fit. Sudah kurus pun mo juga ka training, dlm ati sy ckp.
"Okay everyone, form two lines in front of me", si Vie ckp. Dia guna wireless microphone kali tu. Kuat butul suara dia.
"We'll do a warm up drill, every one on your back, do a bent leg raise and hold for 60 seconds", ha? Apa mcm tu??? Trus sy tingu si Vie tidur sana pasir, angkat paha trus kasi bingkuk lutut. Oooooo. Bah mengikut la smua kami. 60 saat mcm tu 60 jam o. Sakit parut sy tahan ma paha sy bagagar.
"Slowly put down, now do a side bridge, hold 60 seconds", dia baring miring trus dia angkat badan dia pki satu tangan, then tangan yg sama bikin sanggah/tahan tu badan. yg satu taruh di pinggang. Oh. Bikin juga kami, 60, 59, 58......kluar sudah paluh sy, tangan sy gegar sudah tahan badan.
"Now, do a back bridge, hold for 60 seconds", dia duduk, kaki kasi lurus, pas tu dua2 tangan dia taruh blakang, then dia angkat badan dia pki tu tangan. Nah skrg tu dua2 tangan yg tahab tu badan. Mcm selesa sikit ni style.
"Now on your knees, both hands on the ground. Lift you left arm and your right leg at one time, hold for 60 seconds", mcm bentuk tangga badan dia and bila dia kasi angkt satu tangan ma kaki mcm superman mo terbang. Ini yg sansara. Sy buat juga. Pas tu ganti side. Then smua style total 5 minit, sy sudah kapusan. This isn't gonna work.. sy mo give up..
Kalau sy mo specify butul tu training ar, mo juga sampai 2 3 lembar ni sy tulis. Jadi sy kasi ending ja ni part. Kami bikin smua yg stretching dan setempat (maksudnya kami x tukar2 posisi) tapi dia punya panat...jgn ckp...kan sy bilang mo give up.
Abis ja training, sy angkat beg sy, x buli jln o. Krem masel2 sy smua. Si Vie bilang mungkin tu sakit dlm satu minggu tapi tu exercise mesti bikim hari2 supaya tu masel biasa ma buli expand. Tegang masel ko tu dia bilang. See you on Wednesday, dia bilang, dlm hati sy ckp tingu la klu sy dtg. Sy ganti solipar sambil tngn sy pigang hp booking teksi. Jam 6.30am sudah, teksi x lama sampai.
Dlm teksi sy cek hp sy balik. Baru sy perasan ada 12 missed call dari si Talib sama 2 missed call dari Roy. Jonaz x call sy sbb dia tau sy p training niari kan.
Knapa si Talib call sy ni? Mo minta kna tumbuk lagi ka? Banci sy ingt. Muka ja ensem tapi sundalan. Sial. Kambing makan rumput.
Sy call si Roy. Tut tut. Tut tut. Tut tut. X pun kana angkat. Biar la. Panat sy mo dial. Sy cek message sy. Talib. 3 unread messages.
Sy buka message pertama.
"Huney, am sorry, forgive me", tai ko la sana!
Message ke dua.
"Huney pls pick up the phone, I need to talk with you. I know am wrong and I feel really bad. Pick up, please". Togitung ko la!! (Sorry ar, syx kasi senser, abis sy marah butul bh ni!)
Message ke tiga.
"I will wait for you". Kanapa la smpi ko tinggal tongkurak. PUIIII!
Gerigitan sy ingt.
Teksi smpi umah sudah, sudah byr tambang sy jalan pigi pintu masuk.
"Fir..huney"..
"T*l*i kambing kumodou!!!", sy terteriak, punya sy takajut!!
"Why are you here???!!"
