Ingredients
-12 fl oz olive oil
-3 oz pine nuts
-6 oz fresh basil leaves
-1 tbsp garlic, chopped
-4 oz parmesan, grated
-4 oz romano, grated
-TT salt and pepper
Directions
1. Place ⅓ of the oil in a blender or food processor and add all the remaining ingredients.
2. Blend or process until smooth. Add the remaining oil and blend for a few seconds to incorporate.
