Caramel Frosting

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in brown sugar, evaporated milk and salt; being to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add powdered sugar; beat until frosting reaches desired spreading consistency. Add vanilla; beat until smooth.
