Bagel with the Works

Ingredients

1.5 lb cream cheese

½ a smoked salmon (lox)

2 heads of lettuce

8 tomatoes

2 red onions

1 jar capers

1 dozen or so everything bagels


Directions

Slice cream cheese into about 12 slices (this makes it easier to spread during service)

Slice lettuce to fit onto bagels.

Slice tomatoes, about ¼ inch.

Slice both onions on a slice at 1.5.

Cut bagels to add the fillings.

Salmon is already pre-sliced.

In this order fill the bagel from bottom to top:

Bottom of bagel

Cream cheese

Salmon

Tomato

Onion

Lettuce

Capers

Cream cheese again if desired

Top of bagel
