Brandy Snap Cups

Ingredients

- 1 lb 5 oz light corn syrup

- 1 lb 5 oz butter

- 1 lb 2 oz pastry flour

--- 1 part cake flour (9 oz)

--- 1 part high gluten flour (9 oz)

- 2 1/4 oz brandy

- 1 lb sugar


Directions

1. Melt together light corn syrup and butter

2. While melting, stirring occasionally, mix together to make the pastry flour. Once that is mixed, add in the sugar

3. once fully melted and combined, pour the butter mixture into the flour sugar mixture

4. Once fully mixed, add in the brandy

5. Use any size ladle as preferred to make the cup (bigger the ladle, bigger the circle)

6. Bake on low at 400 degrees F until golden brown

7. Cool for a few minutes and then transfer to another pan with a measuring cup to form the cup. Cool completely then lift carefully
