Fruity Oat Bites

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 6 ounces granola
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apple
- 1/2 cup chopped dried mango

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8 by 8 inch-square pan and line the bottom with nonstick parchment paper.
2. Melt the butter, sugar, and honey together in a saucepan, stirring until well combined. Remove from the heat and stir in the granola, oats, apricots, apple, and mango.
3. Press the mixture into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
4. Allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan, then cut into bars. Allow to cool completely in the pan before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
