Mint Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients (this recipe is by weight)


-Cocoa Powder=10 oz

-Butter= 10 oz

-Baking Powder= 2 tbsp

-Egg= 12

-Pastry Flour= 1 lb 4 oz

-Sugar= 36 oz

-Mint Extract= 4 tsp

Directions


1. Combine the cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar. Dice in the butter, Add in the eggs and mint extract when combined. Then add in the pastry flour.

2. Scoop and roll in powdered sugar then bake for 10 minutes at 330°F
