Chapter 26 brothers concerns

Ukyo POV

I went to see Nina because she had been out more then usual

I knocked on her door

"Onii?" I heard her voice "its Ukyo, I came to talk to you" I said opening the door.

"Hello Ukyo, whats up" Nina looked up at me from some paper on her desk

"I came to see what you were doing, what's that paper?" I asked looking at the paper she was looking at

"Some plans, for my last mission in the gang" Nina told hesitantly

"A mission?" I asked confused "yes it's my last one, its to find out why this person is attempting murder on me" Nina said calmly

"Murder?! Why didn't you tell us?!" I was yelling

Nina went silent and looked unamused

"Look, we just care about you and-" "I'm not telling you anymore" Nina cut me off

Her tone was icy and cold
It was almost scary

I nodded and walked out

'If she didn't tell me then she would have told Yusuke, if I ask him he may actually tell me'

I walked down the halls and to Yusuke's room

I knocked and heard a "hey who is it?" In Yusuke's loud voice

"It's Ukyo, I need to ask you something" I said through the door "okay it's open but it better not be chores" Yusuke grumbled

I opened the door and saw him watching the TV in his room

"Yusuke, we need to talk" I said "I didn't do it, it was Fuuto, weren't my fault, whatever happened i didn't do it" Yusuke said rather quickly

I swear

"It's not that, it's Nina, she said she was going on a 'last Mission' did she tell you anything?" I asked rolling my eyes

"No...she didn't tell me anything" Yusuke said weakly

Yusuke POV

"It's not that, it's about Nina, she said she was going on a 'last mission' did she tell you anything?" Ukyo asked in his question like manner

Damn it she did

Nina told me and I said me and Z could go because Z was boss with a machine gun

"No...she didn't tell me anything" I lied trying to look sad

"I see, if she does please tell me, I don't think she will talk to me for a while" Ukyo said looking disappointed at himself

"Why?" I asked " I pressed on the subject and I may have hurt my reputation with her" Ukyo admitted

"I see, I'll talk to her" I lied "thank you" Ukyo said walking out my room

'Well I'm dead' I sighed and laid on my back

"Okay, not long left till the mission...does louie know? I hope not" I mumbled to myself

I sat up and looked at the door

"I hope Ukyo never finds out what we're doing"
