The boy was taken to a room while I was given the three files of the kids

"Not much to go off of" I sighed
I walked into the room the boy was in and saw a few nurses attending to his wounds
"Half of them are infected DR Asahina" Nurse May said trying to tip toe to my height
Nina was sat on the couch in the corner looking miserable
"May, do you have any experience with children? Like 8-9?" I asked
"Yes? Why?" Nurse May tilted her head
"My sister Nina has a connection with this patient and seems very upset about the situation, do me a favour and calm her down while I check on the boy" I frowned
"Should we not deal with the patient first?" May asked
"We need her calmed down or she may snap, she could also give some insight to these injuries and how they treated them so we can treat them" I smiled
May nodded and walked next to Nina
I smiled and walked to the bed where the nurses were
They parted so I could see the patient and he looked weaker then anything
Skinny, Pale, covered head to toe in bruises and cuts, most of which were infected
"He's got it bad" a nurse squeaked
"Agreed" I sighed
I got out stuff to treat the wounds and started the process
"Asahina?" A nurse tapped my shoulder
"Yes Sinata?" I smiled finishing off the last few wounds
"You've gone pale, are you okay?" She asked
"I'm fine Sinata, you know I'm not so good with blood right? I'm just not liking the amount of blood that's here" I sighed
"We should check his blood pressure" Sonata said
"Hai, Hikan, do you mind doing that?" I smiled
Hikan nodded and checked the pressure
"Dangerously low" she frowned
"He needs a minor blood transplant by the looks of it" I sighed
"We can't risk it" Sonata growled
"What do you mean?" I asked
"As a doctor your a fool, he's got no files on him here, we don't know his blood type and if we take anymore blood to find it we might shake him into a coma" Sonata frowned
"We may have to" Sinata frowned
"DONT HURT HIM!" Nina snapped lunging for the nurses
May held her back before she did anything irrational
"Nina, calm down, we won't hurt him, just calm down so we can hurry and find a solution before his low blood pressure can do anymore harm" I sighed
Nina pushed away from May and sat back on the couch
"We can't go through win this if she's here, she will kill us" Sonata scoffed
"Nina, will you stay there so we can help Coni?" I asked and Nina nodded hesitantly
We took the blood and it was sent to be checked for his blood type
The blood was found to be type A and we started the blood transfusion
The nurses walked out and I sat by Nina
"Nina, are you calmer now?" I asked
"Yeah, is Coni going to be okay?" Nina asked teary eyed
"Yes but he-"
"He's in a coma!" Sinata squeaked
"What?!" Nina snapped her eyes widening significantly
"Nina calm down!" I snapped
Nina rushed to Coni's bed side and stared darkly at his sleeping body
Nina screamed in tears and sobbed

"It can't be true he has to be okay!" Nina sobbed
"He's going to be fine, he's just in a coma for a while" Sonata scoffed
Nina sat and sobbed and I felt so bad for her
"Nurses, you are excused, fell front desk to contact my brother to pick up Nina" I said sadly
The four nurses in the room bowed and followed my request
"Nina, are you okay?" I asked patting her back
"It's all my fault.." Nina sniffled
"How is it your fault?" I asked
"If I haven't left then I could have helped protect Yaza and Aoi and Coni wouldn't have gotten hurt and I could have just died and all of this wouldn't have happened and they wouldn't need protection in the first place" Nina sobbed
"You didn't know this would happen" I sighed
Nurse May walked back in and smiled
"DR Asahina, we have an update on his condition" May said
"What is it?" I smiled
"He's in a mild Coma, he will wake up in a few days but because of how fragile he is..." May frowned
"What?" I asked
May whispered in my ear "We can't allow visitors after today" she whispered
"I see, well there's not much to be done about that, Nina, Ukyo will be here to pick you up and you can go home and get some rest" I smiled
Nina nodded and stood up
"Stay strong Coni" Nina said stroking Coni's eye patch and then Following Nurse May down the halls
I made Sure Coni was stable and walked to the front lobby
Ukyo was waiting with Nina
"Masaomi, is everything okay then?" Ukyo asked
"Nothing that won't heal in time, Take Nina to get some rest please though, she got very upset about the whole thing" I frowned
