Nina POV
I got up the next day and sat on my bed
I sat thinking and heard a knock
"Hello?" I called
"It's Ukyo and Masiomi, your friend Coni is here but he doesn't look so good" Ukyo called opening the door
Coni was stood slightly wobbling holding onto Masiomi for support
"Coni you fool! I told you to stay home until you were better I swear!" I snapped at Coni and gripped his shoulder
"I'm sorry...I just couldn't leave you alone..." Coni smiled weakly
I pulled Coni to my bed and made him sit down
"Is something wrong?" Masiomi asked walking closer
"He got soaked on our day out, got a cold but he's so stubborn" I growled
Masiomi sat next to Coni and felt his head
"Low fever" he mumbled
"I'm fine Mr Masiomi, I can't leave Nina, especially after what Mono told me" Coni looked at me with a smirk
'Damn that smile'
"About Aoi?" I questioned
"Yes, how's Yaza, can't imagine how she feels" Coni frowned
"What happened?" Ukyo asked
"Aoi was hurt and recently passed away, it's not been easy on Yaza, his twin sister" I admitted hesitantly
"Why didn't you tell me? I could have looked at him" Masiomi said with a small frown
'Because you would also find out that I was in WIB's lair and could have died smart face'
What do I say...
"If I am correct your not fond of blood Mr Masiomi? We wouldn't want the several cuts on Aoi's arms to give you trouble" Coni smiled
'Thank god he's a great lier'
"Very well, would you like me to drive you home Coni? You don't look well" Ukyo said
"In fine, don't worry" Coni smiled politely
"One, your not 'fine' and Two, if he goes home he will get worse, can't take care of himself for the life of him" I giggled
"Well then, what should we do?" Masiomi asked smiling
"I'm fine Mr Masiomi, Mr Ukyo" Coni protested
"You know you don't have to call us 'Mr', your like family to Nina so your like another brother" Masiomi chuckled
"Gomen" Coni bowed his head slightly
"I swear, he will be the absolute death of me" I sighed
"Well what about we take him home and we can watch him for today?" Ukyo suggested
I saw Coni's eyes widen
'Oh yeah, his dad tried to kill me a few times...yeah better to keep him here'
"You forget, his home is on the streets" I said
"I dropped him home at a house" Ukyo scowled "are you trying to lie?"
"No I'm not! It's just that...that was his um...." I couldn't think what to say
"That house isn't mine, it's a friends house, he was on holiday that day and he's back home now, and I'm sure I'll be fine Mr Ukyo" Coni lied effectively
