Chapter 38 The triall

Nina POV

I sat in the lobby with  for the time until I could see Coni

I watched he clock tick back at forth

"Mr Asahina and Mr Hinode may now communicate with the Victims and accused" a voice came through the monitor

"Let's got Nina, Coni is waiting for us" Ukyo smiled standing up from his chair

I stood up but I felt myself shaking slightly

"Are you afraid Nina? Don't worry he will be okay, do you want to hold my hand?" Ukyo asked holding out his hand

I nodded and took his hand and squeezed it to try and calm my nerves

We walked to the room where Coni would be and I was horrified at what I saw

I saw Coni in a wheelchair and he was being yelled at by some guy and one of the bully's

"You street rat! You assaulted my daughter!" The older man yelled

"Apologies for the misunderstanding, we can talk further on the matter in the court room, as of late I'm not it the right state of mine to- ugh" As Coni was speaking he was rising slowly from the chair and fell back in pain at the end

"Weak Rat!" The mean girl squeaked

"Please don't insult the accused" Ukyo said coldly as he walked the two of us to the three

"Ukyo Asahina?! Your the defence?!" The man snapped

"Yes, how is that wife of Tod treating you?" Ukyo scowled

"Better then she did to you, she actually cares about me and doesn't care about relations like with your mother!" The man snapped

"If your trying to aggravate me your doing a poor job, I'm over Reiko you know, now if you excuse me my sister needs to talk to Coni" Ukyo said in an Icy tone

Coni wheeled over to a couch while me and Ukyo followed behind his wheelchair

"Coni what's with the wheelchair?" Ukyo asked sitting on the couch

"They said that if I try to move too much I could worsen my stomach wound but since I needed to appear In court they gave me a wheelchair before I return to the hospital" Coni explained

"Oh Coni, I feel so bad for you! Do you need anything? Did they even have tea in hospital?" I asked sitting down

"Yes but it was most revolting, much preferring Mr Ukyo's in honesty" Coni smiled

"Thank you but it's nothing special, it's just tea" Ukyo chuckled

"It's truly amazing anyway Mr Ukyo" Coni smiled

"Lots of the brothers have come to watch the trial today Coni, like Masiomi, Kaname, Hikaru, Tsubaki, Azusa, Yusuke and Fuuto" I smiled

"That's nice to know, it's too bad I can't do so much to see them" Coni sighed

"Will the defence, prosecution, Victim, wariness and accused please take the stands" the monitor called out

"This is going to me tough, stay strong" Ukyo nodded walking off

A man walked over to Coni to take him to the accused stand while another came to escort me to the witness stand

I walked with the woman and stood at the stand

It was me and one of the mean girls while the other three stood in the victim stand

I felt so scared during the waiting time for the judge to come
