Masaomi POV
I woke up the next morning and I had another day off
Recently less children have been coming to the hospital and heading to a different one with a higher number of staff
I still earn normal amounts to help support my brothers but I just do more older patients when I work
I got up and changed into a casual set of clothes
"I hope Louie isn't too upset" I sighed walked out of my room
I walked to the kitchen where Ukyo was cooking and there was no sign of Louie and Fuuto
"Where's Fuuto and Louie?" I asked
"Louie's sleeping and Fuuto is Narnia knows where" Hikaru smirked
"Why don't you go check on Louie later?" Ukyo smirked
'Why me...'
I sighed and agreed to go and check on Louie
I knocked on the door and didn't get a response
I heard muffled shouts
"Louie?" I called knocking again
I still didn't get a response so I opened the door
I saw Louie sat in the corner and Fuuto with his arms crossed
"What's going on I here" i chuckled
"Louie won't do my hair" Fuuto grumbled
"I'm not in the mood to do hair" Louie sighed
"That's no reason to fight" I sighed
"Louie always does my hair, the hair and makeup at the studio have no style!" Fuuto wined
"And? I always do your hair, can I not have time off?" Louie frowned
"I'm not saying that!" Fuuto snapped
"Then what are you saying?" Louie asked
"Stop the fighting!" I shouted at the two
There was silence for a second when Fuuto scoffed
"Is this about Nina?" Fuuto asked
"Why?" Louie asked in return
"It is isn't it! Why should you care about her?! She's just an adopted street rat who isn't worth your grief !" Fuuto snapped
"She's more then that" Louie mumbled
"How is she? She's-" "Fuuto stop" I scolded
"Tch, what's wrong? Do you like her or something Louie?" Fuuto smirked
Louie stood up and walked to face Fuuto
His eyes were shielded by his hair and he looked aggravated
Silence filled the room as Louie stared down as the floor and Fuuto started at our brother
"L-louie?" Fuuto asked
"Don't talk about Nina like that" Louie said with a catching and crack in his voice
"Louie?" Fuuto asked again
Fuuto pulled Louie's hair aside and revealed tears covering Louie's cheeks
"Louie, sor-" "I'm going" Louie cut off Fuuto
Louie walked out his room and left me and Fuuto in silence
"Fuuto, apologise" I scolded
"I...." Fuuto chocked on his own words
"Can't believe you upset Louie? Neither can i" I said coldly, leaving Fuuto alone
I walked down the halls and found Louie sobbing on a couch at the end of the hall
"Louie?" I called coming close
"G-go away....I..." Louie snapped weakly at me
"Louie calm down, she's going to be okay, she's coming back soon" I tried to reassure him but it wasn't working
"It's easy for you Masa-Nii, your her adopted big brother, in the only family she has left and she's the last thing I have!" Louie sobbed
"I can't lose her, I've been alone so long I can't leave her alone" Louie cried
"Don't worry, it's okay" I hushed and hugged louie into my arms
"It's okay Louie, Nina will come back and I'm sure Fuuto didn't mean to upset you" mistake mentioning Fuuto
"He always acts that way and how could he speak about Nina like that?! She never did anything to him and I'm pretty sure he liked her in the first place and he can't even say one nice thing about anyone!" Louie snapped and burst into sobs again
"L-Louis?!" I pulled him into another hug and tried to calm him down
"I...I want Nina back..." Louie cried
"I know Louie, I know" I sighed sympathetically
"But she could be dying and getting shot out there with a bunch of people, like Abby thugs" Louie grumbled in between cries
"It's going to be fine, she's done this before, she has to be-" I was cut off when Louie's phone beeped
Louie looked at the message carelessly and jolted up
"Louie who is it?" I asked
"It was Nina!" Louie laughed happily
"What does it say?" I asked
"It says 'Louie I'm sorry about leaving, I'll call you when I can or Ukyo or Masaomi xx' so" Louie smiled
"She's alive" I laughed hugging Louie
"Thank goodness" Louie cried into my shoulder
"I was so worried but she's going to be okay" Louie smiled weakly
"She's going to be okay" Louie sighed
Fuuto walked over looking annoyed and glared at me and Louie
"I don't think it's fair your getting all worked up over her" Fuuto scoffed
"I don't think it's fair your acting this way, now leave Louie and me and Ukyo will deal with you later" i frowned
"I'm so scared" Fuuto scoffed
"I'm serious, leave him alone" I glared slightly to prove my point
Fuuto sighed and walked away
Louie walked away to his room and I walked to the kitchen
"Ukyo" I called out
"Yes Masaomi?" Ukyo smiled at me
"We need to talk to Fuuto, he's upsetting Louie by talking bad about Nina" I sighed
"We can do that later" Ukyo smirked
I nodded and smiled
"Louis isn't that bad when he's mad" I mumbled
I heard a thump and frowned
"That was the wall wasn't it?" I mumbled
"Most likely, probably from Louie's room" Ukyo sighed
"Well he's got to get the anger out some way"
