*Your pov.*
»Y/N, what are you doing?«
»Comin'«, I shout after I tie up my shoelaces.
It's early in the afternoon. The girls and I are taking a walk outside. Actually we're strolling towards the well-known skatepark in our city. I can't skate, neither can my friends. But we surely are able to observe certain things and persons. We're no freaks or stalkers. No. But we do like to have some fun.
»The boys are here«, I hear one of the girls whisper.
I look around the park and instantly stop as I see him. He's holding a skateboard in his left hand. His light brown hair is messy due to the strong wind. He's wearing a black v-neck shirt and some grey sweatpants. I examine his firm figure and feel my cheeks heat up. Justin. That's his name. He's been my crush for as long as I remember. Obviously he still is but I wish there could be more. There's only one tiny problem. He's hot and hot boys always want, or I should rather say get the hot girls. Trust me when I tell you I'm not one of them. At least that's what I think because if I would be, Justin would've already talked to me.
»Let's sit on there«, a female voice says.
Only a second later I catch sight of an old wooden bench. All of us take a seat beside each other.
»Ryan is so cute!«, one of my friends admits while staring at the boys,»If I would have the guts to walk up to him I'd probably kiss him without any hesitation.«
We start to laugh amused. My eyes wander to Justin and I notice the boys in front of us staring in our direction. They noticed us which means showtime! The flirting and pretty eye contacts can begin. To be honest, we do this one day every week. We pretend to meet the boys "accidentally" and they pretend to be surprised. That's our game. Sadly Justin doesn't seem like a player. At least not around me. I don't know if that's a good sign or not. Before I can think about it any furthermore I catch Justin examining me. I turn around to see if anybody is standing behind me but there's no one there. When I look at my crush again our eyes meet. As I see a smirk on Justin's lips I turn away quickly. I bite my lip sheepishly and hope he doesn't notice it.
»Hey, beautiful«, Ryan greets one of the girls.
I watch him grin at her causing me to giggle lightly as well as the others. Some more boys make their way to us, including Justin. I'm a bit shocked since he never really seemed to care about us. Suddenly I feel my whole body tense up. He's looking at me. Again. I get very nervous all of a sudden but try to act cool. As I want to lean on the bench I nearly fall on the ground. Luckily a strong hand stops me.
»Thank y-«, I begin to say but stop.
His hazel eyes are staring directly in mine. I feel the sweat literally pouring down my face.
»Next time watch out, babe or you'll end up in the hospital«, Justin replies.
A short chuckle leaves his mouth but I only smile dazed. He's really standing in front of me plus he's talking to me. The day is already a full success. But just when I thought that it starts to rain.
»Well, I wanted to show you some of my moves but I guess that has to wait«, he says and gives me one of his sweet smiles.
He wanted what? Show me some of his moves? I'm speechless. What is happening?
»The weather doesn't seem to be on our side«, I responds making him laugh.
Instantly I blush. He has a very cute smile. Gosh, he's just perfect. Suddenly the rain turns into a thunderstorm. I feel someone grabbing my hand.
»Com'on, we need to hide somewhere!«, Justin tells me.
I stare at our intertwined hands before following him into a café. Many people are already hiding in there. We try to get a table but there's none left for us.
»Crap«
»Don't worry, babe! You wanna have some fun?«, he wonders.
Every time he calls me 'babe'my heart makes a flip. I look at him curiously and nod. Then Justin drags me outside in the cold rain. We run to the skatepark and stop there.
»What are you doing?«, I raise my voice a bit.
»In winter we want the sun to warm us but as soon as it's out we miss the rain even though we hide from it«, Justin explains,»Let's enjoy the rain for once and appreciate the wonderful nature.«
I examine him and start to giggle loudly. He laughs and stares at me confused.
»I didn't know you're that poetic«
»There are a few thinks you don't know about me, babe«, he replies.
»True«, I say,»For example I didn't think you know I exist.«
The rain slowly stops. Our wet bodies are only centimeters away as I wait for a response.
»Of course I do. It may seem like I'm a very talkactive kind of guy but actually I'm pretty shy. That's why we never got in touch«, Justin tells me and I laugh.
»Yeah right«, I reply rolling my eyes playfully.
He grins and I feel my stomach doing weird things. For a moment everything gets silent. We're looking at each other but none of us say anything. As I watch Justin's eyes move down to my lips I hold in my breath nervously.
»Let's make a bet«, he says.
Puzzled I stare at him. My heart is still racing but I focus on his voice.
»What's the bet?«
»I bet 50 dollars that I can kiss you without touching you«, he explains.
All of a sudden my legs turn into pudding. Just imagining him kissing me freaks me out. I examine his face and take in a deep breath.
»Th-that's not possible«, I stutter.
Then he grabs my cheek carefully and presses his soft lips on mine. It's not a forceful sloppy kiss, it's very slow and passionate. I feel his tongue on my lower lip. Without thinking straight I open my mouth a bit more. Gently Justin slides his tongue in it and I sigh a little of satisfaction. A minute later Justin stops. He looks at me with a wide smile on his face.
»You kissed me on the mouth which means I won«
»I know but it was worth the 50 dollars«, his raspy voice replies making me blush very hard.
