I step back and get behind Susan.

The man get's closer. I mean he is freaking me out.

"Uh, Susan why is he acting like that. He's scaring me."

Susan looks very uncomfortable.

"Sweetheart, you don't feel anything...strange going on in your head."

I look at Susan and laugh.

"Like what?"

The man looks very confused and so does Beta.

Beta Jordan looks at me and grabs my arm real tight.

The man growls.

"But Alpha she isn't acting right."

Alpha... so that's who we were coming to see...

"I don't care!! She's mine! Mine! MINE!!!"

Beta lowers his head and drops my arm.

Now I am panicking. What is wrong with guy?

"Nothing Delilah, that's where the problem lies."

I look up in shock.

Alpha laughs. "Yes sweetheart, I can read your thoughts."

I narrow my eyes. "Creep."

He stops smiling. Then bursts out laughing.

"What the heck is so funny?"

He ignores my question and rolls his eyes.

"My names Kingston. I'd ask what your name is but I already know."

He winks at me. Oh no he didn't.

"Oh yes I did." He does this girly snap and pretends to throw back his hair and walk off.

Susan puts both hands over her eyes.

"Why Moon Goddess ..."

I look at Susan and nod.

"I was just thinking something similar to that before I got here."

Kingston turns back around and flashes a gorgeous smile as he leads us into his office.

"This way ladies.. and Jordan."

We begin to walk and I realize Beta isn't behind us.

I look back and seems like he is in a daze.

"Beta!!!! Come on!"

He glares at me.

"For the last time! My name is Jordan not Beta!!!"

Alpha turns back like he's angry but suddenly see Jordan's glaring face and just starts laughing.

"Girl where have you been all my life."

I roll my eyes. "What a player."

Alpha chuckles.

"Quit reading my mind already!"

I'm getting really irritated at this man... Why did he have to be so cute.

Crap. I look up and he has the biggest grin on his face.

"I really got to stop thinking." I mumble to myself.
