A/N Bro I just updated 6 chapters in under 24 hours what am I doing with my life? Also, someone mentioned drunk Lucifer probably going on three months ago now and I've been planning this since then but now that it's here, I don't know what drunk Lucifer's going to do because I feel like Lucifer always seems kinda drunk, ya feel me?

"I want Mikey back!" Lucifer whines, jumping up and down like a child.

"I'm sure Michael's coming back any minute now," Castiel assures him.

In reality, he knows that's not happening. Michael had been taxiing over drinks to them for an hour or so until he finally decided he had had enough and stumbled back to the bar to sit down.

Castiel has to admit, he completely gets what Lucifer was saying earlier. It really is weird to see an authority figure drunk like that.

"I wanna bring him back now!" Lucifer whines.

"We're not dragging Michael back," Castiel tells him, because he's the only sober person here and knows it's his job to keep the peace.

"Buzzkill," Charlie mutters.

"Sorry," Castiel replies, but he's really not.

"But I want Mikey!" Lucifer sings to the tune of "I Want Candy." "I want Mikey! Dun dun dun dun. I want Mikey! Dun dun dun dun dun dun. I want Mikey!"

"Michael's busy right now," Castiel tells him.

"Too bad. I want my Mikey back!"

"Well, he's not coming back right now so deal with it," Castiel replies, a bit too harshly for the situation but drunk Lucifer doesn't seem to notice.

"Then I'm gonna go get Mikey myself," Lucifer decides, attempting to make his way to the bar when he's not steady on his feet at all.

Castiel takes his hand and holds him back. "No, you're going to stay right here."

"But it's a party, Castiel!" Charlie slurs. "Let 'im have some fun."

"Yeah, Cassie, let me have some fun!" Lucifer adds.

"You can have fun reciting the Bee Movie," Castiel tells him, partially because he wants to stop Lucifer from bothering Michael, but mostly because he remembers Michael saying Lucifer hasn't recited it for a while, and he's wondering what it will take to change that.

"No, Castiel, don't do this to us!" Gabriel says dramatically.

"I like that idea!" Lucifer says, ignoring Gabriel. "According to all known laws of what's-it-called, bees should not be able to do the fly-fly. Its flappers are too tiny to make it do the flappy-wappy. The buzzy says 'screw the rules' and does whatever the hell it wants to anyway."

"Very inspirational," Gabriel adds.

"We should all say 'fuck it' to society and be one with the bees," Charlie says.

"Preach!" Gabriel agrees.

"I think bees are really inspirational," Lucifer says. "Like, I can do whatever I want whenever I want, and I don't have to listen to anybody who tells me otherwise."

"Yas, Luci!" Gabriel says, clapping obnoxiously.

"Which means I can go get Mikey and no one can stop me!" Lucifer adds proudly.

Castiel sighs. No way is he letting these three split up. "I'll go ask Michael if he wants to join us, but only if the three of you stay right here and don't move, okay?"

"Okay! Thanky!" Lucifer says excitedly.

Castiel just shakes his head at the boy before walking over to the bar. He's not really expecting Michael to come join them. In reality, he'd really much rather just take everybody home, and he's hoping Michael will agree to that. Hopefully, if Michael says he'll leave, Lucifer will leave, so Gabriel will leave, and Charlie wouldn't stay here by herself so she'd leave as well.

Seeing that the bar is mostly empty is unnerving, to say the least. He looks around, but Michael's nowhere to be seen. Great. Not only did he lose his drunk brother; he also lost his only hope of getting out of here.

Unsure what else to do but knowing he needs to find Michael eventually, he walks up to Jay at the bar. He feels kind of bad interrupting his conversation with one of the other customers, but Michael's more important to him than Jay's socializing.

"Hey, Jay, have you seen Mi —" he cuts himself off, his attention captured by the boy Jay was talking to. He turns around at hearing someone mention Jay's name, and the second they lock eyes, they find themselves in a world of awkward. "Dean?"

"Castiel," he says curtly.

"What are you doing here?"

"Just getting a drink," Dean replies. He finishes what little remains and puts the glass down. "I think I'm done here, though."

"You can't drive home like that," Castiel protests.

"I'll have Sam pick me up." He gives Jay a nod in thanks before getting up to leave. Just before walking away, he glances back at the boy. "And happy birthday, Castiel."

Castiel watches him walk away with a sigh. Great. Dean's not even going to try to place nice anymore?

He turns back to Jay. "So, any idea where Michael is?"

"Bathroom," he replies. "If you're looking to leave, you might want to round 'em up now, though. He'll definitely be back by the time you get Lucifer over there to agree to anything."

He really would like to leave, preferably sooner rather than later. He glances over at Lucifer, Gabriel, and Charlie, laughing and having a ball. Well, maybe...

He looks back at Jay. "Actually, I was gonna ask for a drink."

"Sure thing. What would you like?"

Castiel shrugs. "Surprise me."

"I got you," he replies, pouring him something and sliding it across the bar.

Castiel eyes it for a moment before taking a sip. Let the fun begin.
