The rest of the Novaks go out for dinner when they return to Sioux Falls from Hael's party, but as much as he'd like to, Castiel doesn't. He still has to work on his physique, and likely will for the rest of his life in the public eye. Fucking celebrities, man. Dean is kind enough to stay with him, so the two take the impala from the airport to the Novak house.

"I'm just saying," Castiel insists, opening the door and letting his boyfriend in first. "I think you should've gone a little easier on them."

Dean scoffs. "Why would I have done that?"

"Because they're high schoolers?" Castiel suggests. "They can't top an NFL player."

"Hey, they said the Patriots cheat," Dean says defensively. "I was just trying to save my team's name by beating them on their own turf with their own balls. It's not my fault they suck at footba— hey, there's a person here."

Castiel follows his gaze to see Anna and Cain sitting on the couch in the living room together. Judging by the fact that they didn't suddenly stop talking when Dean pointed them out, they noticed the new arrivals much quicker.

"You're not supposed to be back for an hour, minimum," Anna points out.

"Well, I just suck at following schedules," Castiel replies. "Everyone else is still out, though, so if you're worried about Lucifer, you've still got a while." He looks around. "Where's Claire?"

"Like I'd know," Anna replies as if the idea is ridiculous.

"Right..." Because Cain and Claire don't mix, Castiel recalls.

"Are you Cain?" Dean asks.

"I am," Cain replies.

"Hey, nice to meet you," Dean says kindly. "I'm Dean. Dean Winchester."

Cain's expression darkens at that, but his tone mostly stays the same as he says, "Nice to meet you, too, Dean."

Castiel looks between the two of them, but Dean just looks confused, so he can't even try to figure out what's going on. Instead, he takes Dean's hand and pulls him away with a quick, "I've got to go show Dean something. See ya later."

The two reach Castiel's room in silence, but the moment the door shuts, Dean asks, "What the hell are you guys telling him about me?"

"None of us ever talk to him," Castiel replies. "And I don't see you coming up in conversation with Anna very much, so I don't know. You've never met him before?"

Dean shakes his head. "No, I don't know a Cain. I mean, I don't think I do. I don't usually talk to people that much younger than me. Maybe he's just not a Patriots fan."

Castiel's skeptical, but he can see Dean really doesn't know what's going on, so he just accepts that it will forever remain a mystery. Instead, he suggests, "Hey, wanna watch the final Q and A video?"

"Already have, but I'll watch again," Dean replies.

Castiel pulls it up on his laptop, and Dean laughs at him for using Internet Explorer. Castiel just bitch faces him and uses it anyway. The two settle down on Castiel's bed and watch it together.

It starts with the introduction, then the favorite song question, which came first when they filmed it. The scene stops abruptly at "I figured out why you like that song." A message pops up that reads, "Cassie made me cut this part out, so go yell at him on Twitter to stop being secretive." It's too bad that no one actually did it, because he would have preferred that criticism to what he did receive.

Next is "What's something your brother says a lot?"

It's Castiel that went first. "I don't... I don't think you say the same things a lot. You think of new jokes on the spot most of the time."
