The blind warrior, stepped into the rift in time and Shadow followed yet as soon as he entered he collapsed. Gabriel and Saria entered after him, only to step on his back, "Urghh" Shadow grunted as they both managed to step on the same place.
"Woah, are you sure you're okay?" Saria asked.
"Yeah Shadow we can take a break.." Gabriel looked at him, with great worry.
"Urghh.. I'm fine.." Shadow stood up, the world spun around him faster and faster with each passing step, he followed the Blind warrior slowly, everything in the land was frozen in time. A beautiful spectical, bees and butterflies frozen in the air, dew dropping from a leaf suspended in space.
There was a bridge, purely sapphire as it seemed, that lead down into the castle that at first appeared to be entirely overcome by water, but instead they noticed it was instead surrounded by a watterfall that dropped down below it and around it. The castle itself, lay on a large platform of earth.
"This is.. so oddly beautiful." Gabriel looked around, the pure blue water almost appeared crystalized by time.
"In a way, it is Gabriel." The Blind Warrior replied.
"Guys, Shadow is reeling around like he's crazy." Saria looked at Shadow who in fact, was rolling his body around on the time frozen grass, inable to maintain a steady thought.
"Don't worry, it's just the massive blood loss, he'll be fine when we get him some sort of help." The Blind Warrior walked across the bridge.
"Didn't he have those cantines?" Gabriel looked at him, Saria was already opening one and forcing the Mystic water down Shadows throat.
"Stopp I don't want anyy." He moaned in a childish voice.
"Shaddup" Gabriel chuckled.
Within seconds of Shadow chugging down half the cantine he was up and ready, his wounds had healed fully.
"Guys, I didn't want to waste it.." Shadow had a cross look on his face.
"you were laying there rolling around, you could have died." Saria scolded.
"So, at least you guys could have went on, and used that later." Shadow walked away frusterated.
"What's his problem?" Saria looked at Gabriel.
"he doesn't like, nor want help, he wants to help everyone else but like I, he is reluctent to accept it." Gabriel replied, and they walked across the bridge as well.
When they entered the Castle doors, a much more gorey sight lay behind them, obvious evidence of a massacre, several dead bodies lay scattered across the room, some pinned to walls by spears, some to the columns, some even ripped apart.
"Well, We need to investigate.. see if there is any evidence towards the location of the water nexus.." The blind warrior bent down over the body closest to the stairs going up, he had noticed a sapphire embroided conch and a blue dagger.
"Well, It's not like any danger could come for us here, time has halted." Gabriel looked at Saria, with lustful thoughts in mind.
"I vote we split up." Saria blushed.
"yeah yeah sure.." the Blind warrior wasn't paying much attention, instead he examined the murals on the walls.
Shadow decided to walk down the stairs to the left of the stairs leading up, Saria and Gabriel snuck off into a different area upstairs.
Shadow, beneath the main floor discovered a large wine cellar, all of the bottles broken, two men frozen in time cloaked in tattered darkness stood in the center of the room.
