Below the bubble, lay a large castle, Shadow approached the door that was made of iron harshly bent it seemed a mighty creature with a blunt object smashed it. Shadow tried to open the door but the hinges were harshly bent and stuck. He drew his jet black katanas, they hung low toward the ground as he walked around the castle seeking another entrance. He found one, in the drainage grate at the back of the castle a hole big enough for him to hop into, he slid for a bit as the angle of the drainage hole changed into a 45 degree one then evened out to a flat 180 slowly but surely. He eventually could walk, the small hole lead into a large dried out tunnel system, it sloped down at a 75 degree angle that he walked quickly, it lead to a split of two tunnels, the one ahead lead to a ladder as did the one on the right. However, both of the hatches at the top of the ladders were rusted shut or held down by some mass above them, the tunnel on the left however lead upwards Shadow followed it to another flat portion of the tunnel that was actually some sort of an elevator like contraption that ran on an ancient chain pully system.

Shadow pulled a lever and the contraption moved upwards, a sound that was quite loud it sounded like jelly or liquid sloshing around. Three masses, one black and two red fell down on the elevator forcing it to slay and halter for a moment. The red ones stunk of blood, and the black of smog and death itself, the red clearly solidified flood, bones, skulls and the black flesh, blood and bones.

Gabriel sat in his cell, he had only just recently regained consciousness, his ribs hurt horridly, Issac stood on the other side talking to Thaddious.

Issac somehow had come into possession of all of the Nexus's they had both obtained, fire, water, air, earth, light, only the dark nexus remained, Issac drew his blades to Thaddious's throat and chuckled.

"Sorry, just messing around bud." Issac lunged the blades into the ground and they faded as the hilt touched it.

"Well, I'm not" Thaddious smiled, he grabbed Issac by the collar of his robes and tossed him into the cell across from Gabriel, "you don't think i know you're going to betray me brother?" Thaddious smiled.

"Don't worry, We'll find the dark nexus soon as well, you can keep those fake ones i gave you." Thaddious grinned as the same magic shield covering Gabriels cell enshrouded Issacs.

"You two can sit here, Your mission is done, you're all that remained for the future of this world, soon my own will be forged by my hands.."

Shadow turned and lunged the blades into the slimey creatures but they did nothing but reform, "hmm."

Rushing upwards Shadow had to move around avoiding the creatures, as when they attacked their jelly like bodies would shoot out like needles and then solidify at the tip which had already ripped the corner of his robes apart. Around five minuets of riding had passed and the elevator came to a screeching halt as the center tile in the main corridor  raised up and moved. Oddly enough the castle was illuminated by torches, clearly someone was already there, Shadow turned and cut the chains foring the slimey beasts to plummet downwards with the elevator, with a crash that was muffled out sheerly by the distance the elevator traveled Shadow turned and walked up the stairs on the right as the ones on the left were in shambles.

Shadow followed the stairs upwards only to encounter a whole platoon of dark soldiers whom just blankly staired at his weapons.

"Hey are you the new general?" the asked.

"yeah" Shadow lied.

"Good, your soul is blacker then any i've ever seen, maybe you'll do good!" one of the troops smiled.
