Gabriel awoke before any one else that day, quickly he stumbled down the corridor trying to maintain a silent step as he walked he slowly woke up. He made his way down to the kitchen, and the servants asked him what he wanted and needed, "I need, eggs, spices, ham, and potatoes." He stated, they gathered up his ingredients and he went to cooking, "Gotta cooks us a good meal.." He said (Intentionally saying cooks).

After a half an hour of cooking and having his chefs assist him in the side dishes, he was ready. "Please, go awake Felix, The Blind warrior, Saria, and Shadow.. a few are at the inn, Saria is up in the bed."

Gabriel set the table with the assistance of two servants, Shadow was the first to enter and be caught by the alluring scent of a wonderful meal.

Then Saria, Felix, and the Blind warrior.

"This smells wonderful!" Saria grinned.

"I figured, since we've really not eaten in a few days other then some oats, and we're all deprived now, we should probably over eat and try to go kill things." Gabriel grinned ear to ear, "So, without further delay.." he paused for a moment "DIG IN!" He yelled cheerfully.

They all loaded their plates with the wonderful breakfast, spiced potatoes with eggs, bread, and ham, as well as some drink that Gabriel concocted, it was really sweet, tangy, but it filled them with energy and a warm feeling in their chests.

"This is wonderful.." Felix smiled widely, the Blind warrior sat, blankly staring into Gabriels soul, "Ever thought of turning this into a business?" He asked.

"Nope." Gabriel chuckled, and proceeded to finish his food, after they were done they went for seconds, and sat around conversing, making jokes and having hearty laughs.

They all prepared themselves, for the journey ahead. As they walked out of the castle they all said goodbye to the citizens of their kingdom, and walked down the steps unto the dry barren wasteland that was once lush with life. In the distance, a purple mist was condensing, directly were they had to go as a matter of fact. After a half an hour of walking, the Blind warrior noticed it.

"Does that seem familiar.." He mumbled.

"Shit." he yelled, then made a mad dash towards the city, "Hey wait!" Felix yelled, they all ran after him but it seemed they were at least 50 paces behind him at all times.

As they neared the wall they had all noticed the now dense purple mist that was more like a fog at this point.

The Blind warrior stabbed his blades into the wall and climbed it one stab at a time, he was towards the top when a loud screeching noise sounded. With an ending tone of magic, a field or wall in the shape of a bubble forced the Blind warrior into the air and sent him flying. The field only grew, until it surrounded the city, "Go over the wall!" The blind warrior shouted.

Nothing, no noise escaped nor entered the field. Only, the sound of screaming citizens and tormented souls were heard, "We need to get in there!" Saria yelled, they started smashing at the walls, but nothing happened. The stone didn't even chip.

"Shit.. there are people dieng in there!" Felix yelled, he ran over to the edge of the field and charged into the wall, it knocked him into the ground. They all started throwing themselves into it, in hopes it may crack, Saria drew her buster blade and took a mad dash of a start, jumped and slashed it with all of her might. The cut was perfect, straight down, but not deep.

"Lets keep up!" Shadow laughed, and started cutting into the wall, they all did. Eventually a hole formed, not wide enough for them to fit into but wide enough to peer through. As they all looked into the seemingly silent city, a head went flying spewing blood all over the hole onto their armor, as a platoon of violent troll like creatures rushed by slaughtering all that was in their path.
