Weeks and weeks pass by, Killian and Kiara are inseparable. I see him so happy and that brings joy to my heart. I have been spending time with Belle so I've gotten to know her better. Her and I and are walking together just laughing and messing around when we see Kiara walking behind the shed area.
Belle looks at me and chuckles, "doesn't that look suspicious?" I nod, "let's go see what she's up to." Belle nods in agreement. We followed her and when we got there we couldn't believe what our eyes were seeing. She was kissing Ravi. Belle scoffs. "That slut, she's something else man." I got so upset and I went up to her. "How dare you cheat on Killian like that Kiara." I said. She chuckles. "I'm not, we have an open relationship so I can kiss whoever I want."
Belle grabs my arm, "let's go girl this is not worth it." "My best friend loves you Kiara, how dare you do this to him." She chuckles. "What are you going to do tell him?" I sigh. "He will never believe you Emma because like you said he loves me and you're just a 13-year-old brat and I'm a 16-year-old girl." I walk away super mad and Belle is just trying to calm me down.
"I have to tell Killian, Belle." She sighs. "Are you sure?" I nod. "Well good luck, here he comes." I smile, "thanks talk to you tonight about all this." She nods and walks away. "Hey Killian." He smiles, "hey Emma." I take a deep breath and nod. "Quick question." He nods. "Do you love Kiara with all your heart Killian?" He gives me a weird look, "yeah, why?" I look down, "she's cheating on you." I close one of my eyes in fear of how he would react.
"What?" I sigh. "Yes earlier today I um I saw her kissing Ravi." He shakes his head. "No I don't believe you Emma." I couldn't believe what my ears had heard, he doesn't believe me. "You think I'm making this up?" He nods. "Well I don't know maybe, you're probably upset because I spend more time with her than you so you're making this story up and plus you're 13 years old what do you know about all this." I stay quiet and my heart actually broke because my best friend didn't believe me and put it in my face that I was a naïve person.
"Wow, I can't believe this, tell you what fine stay with Kiara but don't come crawling back to me when your heart gets broken because I won't be there to comfort you because as you said I'm 13 and I don't know anything." I felt a tear rolling down my face. He stood there quietly and I just walked away.
Months later
Killian's POV
I haven't talked to Emma since the day she told me that Kiara was cheating on me. I've actually asked Kiara if she did cheat on me and of course she denied everything but I just had to know for sure. So today I decided to not talk to her and see if she would go with Ravi. I followed her around and she went behind a shed. I sneak back there and I see her kissing Ravi. "I knew it," I said and walked over to them.
"How could you Kiara, I really loved you and you're kissing this idiot." She laughs, "oh come on I knew I could have the both of you so when you don't give me attention I go Ravi." My heart just brakes. "You should have listened to Emma, Killian but of course let me guess you didn't believe her because she's a 13-year-old girl." I scoff and walk away.!I'm furious, I go and sit under Emma's and I favorite tree. Im such a dirt back, I believed that traitor and didn't believe my best friend.
Emma's POV
I haven't talked to Killian in months, it sucks but it hurt that he didn't believe me and how he said that I was too young to understand these things. I'm walking and I see Killian sitting by our tree and he has his head down. Uh oh, I guess now he found out that Kiara is cheating on him. I put my pride aside and decided that my friendship with him was more important.
I sit down next to him and he sighs, "you were right?" I stay quiet. I touched his shoulder, "what happened?" "I'm sorry I should have believed you and I deserve to feel heart broken because I hurt my best friend, I treated her badly and because I fell for the wrong girl." I stayed quiet. He lifts his head up and his eyes were all red.
He grabs my hands, "Emma will you ever forgive me; I was such a jerk." "Don't worry about it, it just hurt me that she was cheating on you." He leaned against me and smiled. I held his hand and smiled, "don't worry I will help you get through this heart break." He smiled and nodded. "I am sure blessed with the best." I chuckle and nod. "I guess you were."
