Chapter 37

I'm sitting there as I see my little one pointing a gun at me. I can't believe after all this time, my Aqua has been here all this time. I hear Damien scream at Aqua to shoot me and a tear just rolls down my cheek as I see her cock the gun. She's been brainwashed and there's nothing I can do to save myself.

I'm just grateful that I got to see her one last time. I closed my eyes and all I could think about was Leía, Liam and Killian. Hopefully Killian saves Aqua and brings her home. "If you move I'll shoot you," I hear a voice say. I opened my eyes and I see Killian pointing a gun at Damien. I smiled so big but then Aqua pointed the gun at Killian and shot him in the arm.

Killian groaned but then another agent came and pointed the gun at her. I shook the chair and I fell knocking Aqua on the floor. The gun flew out of her hand and the agent grabbed her and hand cuffed her. "I tried uncle Damien, I tried killing the people who killed my parents," she screamed as the agent was taking her away.

Another agent came and arrested Damien. Killian rushes over to me and untied me. I was crying like crazy. I look at his arm and continued to cry. "She's gone, our daughter is gone because of Damien." Killian shakes his head. "No my love don't think like that." "She shot you love." He shakes his head. "We need to remind her of her old life my love." I nod.

I then get up and untied Ruby as the other agent came back and took Ruby out of the room. We walked outside and a paramedic went to treat Killian's wound. I walked over to the car and I see Aqua sitting in there and she's crying. My heart was in pieces. My poor little girl was manipulated in such a vile manner.

Killian walks over to me and sighs. "Emma, the tech agents say that he brainwashed Aqua using some weird machinery." I shook my head. "Killian this wasn't supposed to be this way." He nods. "I know." Killian opens the door and takes Aqua out then places her on a nearby bench.

I walked up to her and she kept shaking her head like she was struggling with something. She then looked up at Killian and I and continued to cry. "Aqua?" She shakes her head. "My.... name.... is Skye." I nod. "Ok, Skye." She sits back and sighs. "Skye who do you think we are?" She stops crying and anger fills her eyes.

"You two killed my parents, my parents were Daisy and Grant." I nodded. Killian grabs my arm. "Love I think it's best we take her back to the agency and let her rest, she will be safe there." I nod. An agent grabs her and puts her back inside the car and they drive away. I couldn't control my sobs, my heart was hurting like never before. I just got my daughter back but I lost her at the same time.

Killian hugs me and I just buried my face in his chest. He caresses my head as I continued to sob. I leaned back and he gently caressed my cheek. "We will get her back, she is our daughter." I nod as he wiped the tears from my eyes. "Lets go home." I nod. We started to walk towards the car when I see Damien walking by in handcuffs.

He gives me a devious smile. "Oh Emma, I should have just killed you when I had the chance but seeing your daughter point a gun at you then her shoot Killian, oh that's the best thing ever." I scoffed. "Just watch your back, I may be going to jail but I won't rest until you and your family are 6ft under ground." I let go of Killian and I punch him in the face breaking his nose.

"You threaten me again or my family you're the one who is going to be 6ft under ground and along with your stupid designs which by the way sucked but I only approved some of them to be nice." He's holding his nose as the agents take him away. Killian walks up to me and is laughing like crazy. "So will I be charged for hitting him?" Killian shakes his head.

"All I saw was self defense but damn love throwing the comment about the designs was gold." I half smile. "Idiot had it coming." He nods. "Agent Jones Everything is loaded and ready for transport," an agent says as he walks up to us. Killian nods. "Double Check and make sure everything that was in the house makes it back to the agency and the lab." The agent nods. I look at Killian and he smiles.

"Let's go home love, we need to rest and make sure Ruby is ok." I nod. "Like I said before love, we will not give up and we will bring our Aqua home, and Damien will pay for what he did." I nod. Killian gives me a kiss on my forehead. I look up at him and give him a reassuring nod.

We make our way back to the car and drive back home. Ruby was sent to the hospital to double check everything was ok with her. We arrived to the house and are greeted by our twins. We paid the babysitter and she left. We sit down on the couch as Leía and Liam turned on a movie for all of us to watch.

"I can't believe we found our daughter," I say as I grabbed Killian's hand. He nods. "She's beautiful isn't she?" I nod. "She looks like you Killian." He smiles. "Yeah she does, my little princess." I nod as I grabbed Liam and set him down at my lap and he leaned against me. Leía just laid her head on Killian's lap and just stared at the TV.

I just hope that my Aqua will be able to come home and enjoy moments like these with her real family.
