Chapter 27

I walked up the stairs and I see that Aqua had broken one of her glass cup. I sigh as I look at the glass shattered on the bathroom floor. I then look at Aqua and she's just grinning. "Why did you break it?" She then sighs. "It slipped out of my hands Mommy, I promise." I nod. "Ok well go bring me the broom and dust pan." She nods.

That's when I hear the door slam open. "Aqua, what's going on?" She screams. I quickly ran down the stairs and I see a man dressed in black holding Aqua in his arms. I run towards him but someone else tries to grab me. I kick him and I turn around and I see the man running out the house.

I run after him and that's when someone comes and tackles me to the ground. I fall and I hit my head. I lift my head and I see the man and Aqua disappearing into the distance. I'm crying for dear life. That's when the man that had tackled me runs away and leaves me lying there on the street.

I get up and I run to where the man had run off to. I get there and there are no signs of any of them. My heart is racing, I'm going insane. I cannot believe my own child got kidnapped out of my own home. I call Killian and his phone goes straight to voicemail. It's his first day as director, I can't be bugging him.

I'm so heartbroken, today was going to go good yet this happens. I was supposed to go drop of Aqua at daycare then go to the institute. This was madness, now how on earth will I find my daughter? That's when I look down at my hands and I see that I had scratched the guy who had tackled me. I walked home and I scraped everything that I had under my nails.

Spending time with Killian and how he investigates and I learned a couple of things. I then put it in an envelope and I closed it. I called Lacy and told her that I couldn't make it. If I get fired for it then so be it. I got in the car and drove to Killian's job. I don't know how I've managed to stay calm but I won't be for long.

I get there and I rushed to his office. That's when I see Robin. "Emma what are you doing here?" That's when tears start to form in my eyes. "Where's Killian?" "He's In a debriefing." I ran to him and buried my face in his chest and cried. "Emma what's wrong?" I took a step back and continued to cry. "Someone kidnapped Aqua." He gasps. "From Where?"

"Out of my own living room." He gasps. "What In the world, but how?" I shrug. "I just heard the door slam open, I was upstairs and I had sent Aqua to get the broom and dust pan then a man came and took her." He shook his head in disbelief. "I tried following them but then I got tackled." He gasps again. "I managed to scratch the guy and I have the skin in this envelope." He nods.

"Great I'm sure we will be able to get something off of that." That's when the door to a room opens and everyone walks out. "Is He In there?" I point and robin nods. I run in there and I see Killian turning off the screen. "Killian!" I scream and he looks up and gasps. "Love what are you doing here?" I start to cry as I hug him.

"Is everything ok?" I shake my head as I let him go. "Someone kidnapped our daughter." He gasps. "What?" I nod. "But when?" "Well I had gone up to check on what Aqua had broken and well once I was up there I sent her down to get the broom and dust pan." He nods. "I hear the door slam open, I hear Aqua scream so I run down and I see a man dressed in all black had grabbed her."

He gasps. "I tried to stop them but I got tackled and I hit my head." Killian is just quiet. I know he's pissed. "I gave Robin a sample of the guys skin, I sort of scratched him when he tackled me." He smiles. "You're learning love good job." I half smile. "Don't worry Emma, we will find our daughter, and we will bring her home."

Damien Darhk's POV
"The kidnapping was a success boss," one of my men says as he puts Aqua down in a chair in front of me. He takes off the blindfold and the gag. "Welcome little one," I say and she snaps. "Where am I?" I smile. "Hush." She scoffs. "For being a little one you are rather feisty." She rolls her eyes.

"You're not at all scared to be here away from mommy and daddy?" She shakes her head. "My mommy and daddy tell me to be strong when I'm scared." I nod. I was rather impressed with her bravery. I may have to change my plans.

"My daddy works in the FBI he will come and find me." I smile. "Oh that's what I'm counting on but it might take a couple of years for that to happen." She gives me a weird look. A man comes and grabs a wet cloth and puts it over her mouth. She puts up a fight but after a minute she's fast asleep.

What best way to seek out the director of the FBI than to have his own daughter kill him. But in reality my real target is Emma, her parents killed mine and while Aqua takes care of Killian, I will seek vengeance on them by killing their beloved Swan and by taking over the city.
