"There was just something about her."

Shawn.
I walked out of the tour bus and into the sun. The brightness of the light shining against the windows of passing cars. The honking and sound of chatter never got boring when in New York.
I loved being here, it was just different. It was a different atmosphere here and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because it kind of reminded me of home. I wasn't sure really, it's just a place you want to fall in love with.
I took a deep breath before walking down the street and turning the corner. I followed my band to the side of the arena. They were all up ahead joking and laughing together.
I then felt a pat on my back, I looked over to find Brian. I smiled at my best friend.
"Hey you alright?" He asked me.
I nodded my head, "Yeah why?"
He shrugged, "Don't know your team is just up ahead having fun and you're just walking back and quiet."
I chuckled and opened the door to let him in first. We walked through the back entrance of the arena.
"I was just thinking, reliving the past of back when things were barley getting started. Then the Madison Square Garden show." I told him.
He nodded and nudged my arm, "Dude you did it. You are living your dreams, you get to perform for the people who got you here. Just live in the moment."
I shook my head but had a smile on my face. We walked over to the stage and the crew was setting up the bands equipment. The band all sat down on the chairs by the stage chatting.
I sat down on the stage and went on my phone. I scrolled through my twitter to stalk fans. I mean okay they call it stalking but I just like to read what they say. Sometimes I just forget to like or retweet but then when I do all it does is cause problems.
I was pulled out of my thoughts when the band walked onto stage.
"Hey ready Shawn?" Mike asked.
I looked over at Zubin and the rest of the band and nodded. Mike helped me up to my feet and I walked over to the mic. Geoff walked over to me and handed me my Blonde Taylor 410-E.
We started the sound check and while I played I tried to remember the lyrics while I envisioned the crowd. The way they will scream and sing and dance. We rehearsed about three other songs before I had to go to the Meet and Greet.
My favorite part of tour, meeting my fans. The people who got me to where I am. I owe them everything I have today and my love for all of them is so big. That's why I don't mind meeting them in public and taking pictures with them.
I admit there's times where I just want to be a normal teen and walk around without people following. Sometimes I want to be with family and enjoy the time I get with them. Especially when I'm away from home for months. But at the end of the day I love all my fans.
I was brought out of my thoughts when Matt nudged me. I looked over at him and nodded my head.
"What?" I asked.
