"God I can feel my legs." I said as I stretched as we walked out of the plane.

We had just landed in London and I couldn't have been more excited. I just don't do well when it comes to sitting for so long. Whether it's flying or driving I need to get up and stretch. Though when I had the window and Shawn was on the aisle and asleep I couldn't just get up and walk.

"You realize you could get up on a plane when you're allowed to. I mean it's for restroom purposes but hey you would if you couldn't feel your legs." Shawn said as we walked out of the terminal.

I rolled my eyes, "Yeah except the sleeping giant was blocking the way."

He laughed, "That's a new one."

I smiled, "I'm full of good ones Mendes so I'd watch what you'd say."

"Eh you're too cute to be taken seriously." Shawn replied.

I laughed, "Me? Cute? Okay."

We walked out of the warm airport and out to the chilly morning. Luckily we got here when it was still morning so we had all today. I got a lot of sleep on the plane so I'm not really feeling jet lagged.

"Why do you refuse to accept compliments?" Shawn asked me.

I hugged my jacket closer to my body, "Uh because I just don't, and it's definitely not because I want to hear either."

"Come on Avelyn it's just a tiny compliment. If you accept every compliment I give you I'll sing you anything you want. Do we have a deal?" He asked me as we stopped and waited for a car rental.

I tapped my chin, "Anything I wanted?"

He smiled that smile I loved, "Yes."

"Then yes, I will accept compliments." I told him.

"Great than can I say for being up really early that you still manage to look beautiful." Shawn told me.

I looked down so he wouldn't be able to see my now probably red face. I looked up at him and moved my hair from my face.

"You sure know how to leave a girl speechless but that is one owed song." I told him trying to turn my feelings for him away.

He sighed before the guy that owned the rentals came over. We ended up getting one and I literally felt so nervous. Like we don't drive on the same road as them so Shawn driving made me nervous.

"Avelyn will you chill I got this." Shawn said with a chuckle.

"Sorry if I knew you were a pro at this maybe I wouldn't worry." I told him.

"Listen I'll just drive and you can put on music and enjoy the scenery." He said with that charming smile of his.

I rolled my eyes as he started up the car and turned to drive out of the parking lot. I connected my phone to the Bluetooth and looked for something to play. Something I can distract myself with or even go with the moment. I then thought of the perfect throwback song.
