"There's something amazing about being in Australia with you."

Avelyn.

We got off the plane as soon as we landed in Australia. We walked out of the terminal and I waited for the guys. It was a little weird being the only girl around the guys, I know theres a few girls on Shawn's team. It's just they're not really around when we go out or off on adventures.

Which is pretty understandable since Shawn is a beacon of light for fans. I bet they just want to enjoy their time without chaos. I feel bad because I know Shawn wants that as well but can't. I guess that's the hard part about being a big celebrity like him.

I had a lot of subscribers and a huge following on twitter and Instagram. Though I never get mobbed or swarmed by tons of them. That's one thing I hate about all fandoms, is the lack of respect of privacy.

I get you want to meet your idol and what not but there's a limit. Meet them and hug them ask about their day and take a picture. But don't go back every day for a picture, they notice and it could be annoying. They are people not a photo booth where you can go back as many times you want.

Sometimes I think it's worse with Shawn because he isn't the type of person to be rude. He's not one to tell his fans to leave or no that he doesn't want to take pictures. He does it because he feels like he owes them, and I get why. But you don't have to say yes all the time, that shows people you're easy to be taken advantage of.

I used to be that way in high school, I was the smart girl. I knew how to do math so well that it's how I got friends. Or at least people I thought were my friends. They used me for my answers they used me to be partners on a test. Then when the semester was over I wasn't talked to, it's as if they didn't even know me.

I then felt an arm around my shoulder, I looked over to find Shawn. He was talking to Geoff about something but had his arm draped over me. We started walking towards baggage claim to collect the instruments and everything.

We must've been there for an hour just collecting stuff. Then it was another 30 minuets waiting for Shawn to take pictures with fans. The band had taken a different van to the hotel but I stayed back. Well not only me but so did Matt, Brian, Ian, and Geoff.

See a van full of guys plus the band and the team. Too much masculinity, I mean sometimes it isn't bad especially when it comes to the beach. A girl can't quite complain with all their shirts off. But I need a girl friend here to talk to and hangout with.

Once Shawn finished we got into the van and headed towards the hotel. Geoff sat in the front with Andrew while Matt, Brian, and Ian sat in the middle. While Shawn and I sat in the back.

"So what's on the to do list today?" I asked Shawn.

He looked at me and shrugged, "Whatever you want, do you want to go to the beach?"

"Eh whatever works, the beach or the city. Both are probably equally breath taking." I told him.

"Okay beach today and city tomorrow." Shawn told me.

I smiled, "Sounds amazing to me."

We then arrived at the hotel and followed Andrew to get our hotel keys. I was having a room to myself which was a blessing and a curse. A blessing because I had my own space but a curse because I already felt lonely so this was adding to it.
