Chapter Twenty-Five

The sky was dark and clouds were heavy with rain. The air was extremely cold and of course the harsh north wind was no help.

There was a section on the bleachers where students were playing loud instruments like tubas, trumpets, and trombones.

Today was it. Today was the last day and final task of the Triwizard Tournament.

There was a giant labyrinth set out before us. The Triwizard Cup was in the middle of the labyrinth and whoever touched it first was the declared winner.

Jee still wanted to kill Yoongi but he had to prepare for today. Now she sat nervously next to me. Namjoon sits behind me while Celia takes the other side of me and Jordis sits next to her.

Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook sat huddled together at the top of the bleachers. I think they made a bet on how long Yoongi would stay.

Hobi and Jin were sitting next to Courtney. I think they were all talking about Pusheen. I remember her mentioning them having a big fear of scary things and wanted to be distracted. They are the most interesting hyungs I have ever met.

Cedric and Harry go in first since they won top place at the last challenge. I love water and all, but that was so freaking cold! At least I was knocked out underneath the water. The moment I could breathe I was conscious again and the water might as well be ice.

After Viktor and Yoongi go in. It was so weird to see him walk away, into the dark bushes of a never-ending maze.

Finally Fleur went in and the bushes covered the entrance. Now I had to wait. Wait till they came back which who knows when that was.

Yoongi's P.O.V

I finally walked into the maze and I instantly knew I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. It was freaky and dark. The bushes made shadows so it looked like I was being chased.

It also didn't help that the sky was dark and cold.

I turn a left and a right before reaching a dead end. I continue to walk for what seemed like hours.

I start to mark the spots I've passed and see the same mark three times.

Suddenly I hear a loud high-pitched scream. That must've been Fleur or whatever her name was.

I start to run around the maze but always end on a dead end. 

Then I felt something grab me. I look down to see bush roots. I use my wand to make them release my foot.

I was about to take another step when I trip. I grunt angrily and look at my foot again. There was another root.

Soon a whole bunch of roots started coming to life and dragging me underground. I try to use my wand but I couldn't get a good angle and just shot mindlessly.

Finally the bush just dragged me fully underground. I shut my eyes tightly so dirt wouldn't get into them.

After that was hard to explain. I felt that I was still moving before the surroundings around me became brighter.

I open my eyes to see I was back at the beginning. I had lost, but who gave a shit? I'm alive!

"Yoongerz you owe me an Americano! You got me worried about you, you forgot about me, and then stole my last one!" was the first thing I heard.

I chuckle to myself before dusting my robes off.

"Hey, at least you're alive," Ron congratulates me as I make my way to my sister.

"True," I shrug it off.

I was about to look up before I was enveloped into a giant bear hug. It was my sister since she had shorter arms than anyone else I knew.
