My morning sickness gets worse every day. Except it’s not really morning sickness, it’s anytime of the day sickness. It is also way worse than when I was pregnant with Bentley. “Are you finished packing?” I heard Derrick shout from across the hall.

“Yep, almost.” I replied. I’m packing mine and Bentley’s stuff up because we are moving into our house today. We finally decided it was time. All I had to pack was my clothes and other stuff that I wanted. Everybody begged me not to pack but I refused. “Babe, I’m finished!” I yelled, tapping the box up. I bent over to pick the box up and I felt a sharp pain in my side. I couldn’t stop the blood wrenching scream that came out of my mouth.

“Babe, what’s wrong!?” Derrick shouted, running to my side.

I took a few breaths as the pain subsided. “I think the babies kicked me at the same time. They are going to have some strong ass legs,” I laughed.

“Are you sure? You don’t need to go to the hospital?” Derrick asked urgently.

I laughed softly, “Babe, I’m sure. Take my boxes to the truck, please.” He kissed me on the forehead and grabbed the boxes.

Three and a half after we got home, I finally finished unpacking mine and Bentley’s things while Derrick finished unpacking his things. The house had three bedrooms, a guest house with two bedrooms and kitchen, a pool, and hot tub. All the rooms were fully furnished. “It’s amazing,” I looked up at Derrick with adoring eyes.

“Perfect for you, me, Bentley, and little ones,” He replied, rubbing my belly.

“Is Bentley staying at your mom’s?” I asked him, lying down on the bed. Being pregnant with twins is tiring.

“Yeah, then tomorrow we can throw a house warming party unless you are too tired.” He stated and then looked at me to make sure that it was okay.

“That’s fine, babe” I answered while yawing.

“Let’s take a nap then when we wake up, I’ll take you to get something to eat.” He chuckled, getting under the covers with me.

“I love you, babe.” I said as I snuggled in Derrick’s arms.

“I love you too,” He kissed my forehead and I fell into a dreamless sleep.

“Babe, wake up.” I heard a soft murmur in my ear.

“Go away,” I replied rolling on my other side.

I felt Derrick’s chest rumbled as he chuckled, “Let’s go eat something.” After a few minutes, Derrick helped me sit up. “Sleepy head,” Derrick laughed.

I slapped Derrick’s chest playfully. “Let’s go to Subway. Foot long meatball marinara is calling my name,” I joked.

“Let’s go,” Derrick held his hand out for me which I took instantly. I slipped my comfy house shoes on and walked down stairs. Derrick locked the door up then we got in the car.

“Babe, do you want to know the sex of the babies or would you like to keep it a secret?” I asked curiously.

“Do you want to keep it a secret?” He answered my question with a question.

“I’m asking for your opinion. I think I want to know because we can have everything ready before they come. Yellow and green are unisex colors but they are ugly colors,” I made a fake gagging noise and Derrick laughed at me.

“I agree with you. I want to know.” He replied, pulling into Subway.

“Are you just saying that to agree or do you mean it?” I questioned.
