Chapter 14

  The next day, Sora was training with Igneel in the morning. After training, she went into town to search for Sinbad; she made her decision. She would go with him for a while, but would return to Igneel when he told her it was time to go home. He would signal her, somehow. 

Time skip~~~~~~

  As Sora was walking around, she smelled a familiar scent. 'Muu.' Sniffing the air, she was lead to a fight. Muu and Myron were fighting five men. Fired up, she kicked one of the man's feet. Looking to who caused the ruckus, they turned their heads towards her. "Mind tellin' me why you're hurtin' my friends." She cracked her knuckles and gave the men a deathly look.

  The men looked at her, and smirked. "Looks like we got ourselves another Fanalis. Guess we're lucky today!" The leader said. As they were ready to pounce on her, Muu shouted.

"Sora, get out of here and take Myron away from here!"

"Huh! You think I'm just gonna let these losers hurt my friends?! They ain't gettin' away with hurtin' you two!"

"I ain't leavin' you, brother!" Myron said. 

"Do as I say!"

"Fine! But once I get Myron out of here, I'm comin' back!"

  Before he could retort, Sora grabbed Myron's hand and ran away. Though Myron struggled, Sora's grip didn't falter. Sadly, the leader sent two men after them. As for Muu, he would have stopped them, but he was busy with the other Slave Traders.

Meanwhile~~~~~~

  With Sinbad, he was walking around with Ja'far, Mystras, and Masrur. While walking, they saw Sora and Myron running away from two men. Following, they saw they were in a dead end. Sora put Myron behind her. Just as Sinbad was about to help, Ja'far stopped him.

"We have to help her!" Sinbad said, trying to persuade Ja'far.

"Sin, what if something bad happens to you? We can't allow that if you're going to be a king one day, if you become king."

"That doesn't matter! The reason I'm going to become king is to help people, and I can't do that with you not letting me!" With that, Sinbad got his sword out. As for Ja'far, he didn't stop him; he put his trust in Sinbad.

As for Sora, she put her arm in front of Myron. "Get out of here, Myron!"

"I can't just leave you here! I wanna fight too!"

"Your brother put his trust in me! Do ya think he wants you to get in a fight when you can get to safety?!" Silence. "Then leave this to me!" With that, Myron, reluctantly, nodded and ran off to safety.

"You go after the kid! I'll stay here and beat this kid, and bring her to the boss afterwards with the other kid!" The other man nodded. Before he could get far, Sinbad blocked his path with his sword in both of his hands.

"Get outta my way, kid, and no one gets hurt!"

"I can't do that, mister."

"Suit yourself, kid!"

  A/N: Hey guys! I'm alive from my vacation. Sorry if this chapter is short. At least I updated right??? Oh well. I had a great time at Universal! Comment and ask me if you wanna know what happened....
