"Sin should become Serendine's...husband?!" Mystras said, announcing everyone's thoughts.

Sora doubled over, laughing. "S-sin becomin' a husband! I-I can't s-see him as one!"

"What does that mean, Sora...?" Sin had an irk mark on his head.

"I mean, I-I can't ever seein' ya settlin' down!"

"Why you little..." Running after her, he tried to grab her. She ran away, laughing. As this was happening, Ja'far and Mystras were flustered.

"W-what are you saying?!" Ja'far put his hand on his head.

"Exactly! I mean, there was a pretty good atmosphere between them that time...but this is so sudden!" Mystras was more flustered than Ja'far.

"No, you're wrong..." Sahel sweat dropped.

'This is...nothing that frivolous...' Drakon couldn't believe what he heard. (A/N: Does this mean he got rejected...)

After Sin finally caught Sora, he put her in a chock hold and messed up her hair. Seren cleared her voice, stopping their actions in midair.

"Don't misunderstand. This doesn't mean what you think it does. As I said before, Sinbad cannot become a king...but he can stand at the head of a country as its leader and bring its citizens together. All I'm saying is that there is another path you can take. Cultivating a new land and founding your own country isn't a realistic goal. Moreover, you're not royalty, Sinbad. But you have been gifted with overwhelming talents... That's why you should accept my offer. My royal blood will make up for what you lack."

"So what you're sayin' is that you Loooovvvve him~!" Sora swayed back and forth.

"I-I do n-not!"

"Are ya sure? 'Cause it sounds to me like ya do!" Sin covered her mouth. She struggled, then she had an idea. She licked his hand, with him releasing her and rubbing the spit off.

"Why did you lick me?!" He pointed at her, accusingly.

"You wouldn't get your hand off my mouth, so I did what came to mind!" She crossed her arms over her chest, closing her eyes and looking the other way.

"That doesn't give you the right to do that!"

"Would ya rather I bite your hand?" This led to more bickering. Before they could escalate the fight, Seren cleared her throat, making them stop.

"As I said before, I will use the power of the metal vessel to restore my royal authority. For the sake of my country...I will become its symbol and an unshakeable existence to support it. After ascending the throne, I will protect my country as its queen. And as my husband, you can become a statesman and use your strength to change the world like you want to! If it's marriage that you're worried about, don't be. I know you're a man who can't be tied down. You'll still be free to do as much womanizing as you like and you can even take on concubines if you choose. "

"What's a concubine?" Sora asked Ja'far after she got out of Sin's clutches. Innocence was shown on her face.

"Don't worry about it..." Ja'far sweat dropped. 'Too innocent...!'

Sora blinked, confused. Shrugging, she continued to listen.

"This is in both our best interests. I'll be using you, and you'll be using me. This is the most realistic approach for you to take, isn't it?" She walked in front of Sin, putting her hand on his chest. "Sinbad, I can give you what you wish for. With my royal blood...I can make you into a revolutionary that can change the world...! What are you afraid of?! You understand, don't you? Use me to achieve your goals! Surely this is the reason I've survived until today...the reason I met you... This is something I...no...something we are meant to do!" The scale weighed down on his side. "Don't you want to save Parthevia...save the world with your own two hands?! Use me as a stepping stone to make your perfect world a reality! I can give you everything you want!" Sin's face contorted with sweat rolling down his face.

Everyone looked towards the scale. They couldn't believe what they saw. "...The scale..."

"Your heart has wavered. Sinbad loses." Zepar said. Seren looked saddened while Sin's face was sweating bullets and teeth clenched. "...Wow, I'm surprised...I never thought that Sinbad would actually lose-" Sin interrupted him.

"I...can still fight!" Zepar looked towards him, everyone did. "I-I'm just thinking of a counter argument. My heart hasn't given up yet. I can-" He put his arm in front of him, nervous was shown in his face and desperation was in his eyes. Sweat poured down his face, almost looking defeated.

"Sinbad...no matter what you say, her words have moved you. You agree with her conviction. The fact that the scales have shifted is proof of that." Zepar pointed at the scales. "You have lost this fight. Serendine I will acknowledge you as my king vessel as I promised." He crossed his arms over his chest, looking at Seren. "...Although with you backing Sinbad, it seems like I'll still end up being used by him in one way or another..."

"...Zepar."

"...I'm sure you all must detest me after all I've done." He looked away. "...But please let me tell you one thing. I know what it's like to live in a world where a single great king rules over everything." Everyone was shocked. "However, no matter how great a leader you are, the betrayal of one's allies can lead to the death of that king and the destruction of the world. I never want to see that happen again..." He remembered when he was alive and living in Alma Torran, remembering Solomon. (A/N: Sorry! But this basically is spoilers for people who haven't caught up in the manga... please don't get mad at what I said, it's just a statement.)" Zepar looked down. "A king must live a lonely existence... I want all of you to become true allies that protect the one you follow and support him from behind. That's my one true wish." Everyone was moved by this. He turned away from everyone. "I've done a lot of immature things. I'm sorry."

'Zepar...' Seren finally understood him. Sora ran towards him and hugged his leg. He looked down at her, shocked while she merely smiled.

"It's okay! As long as you don't hurt my friends again!" She grinned, eyes closed.

Smiling, he put a finger on her head and messed it up. "You're one strange little girl..." Sora let go of him, running up to Ja'far. Looking towards Seren, he put his hands in front of him. "King vessel, I give you my power. Go forth and make the world a better place..." Unleashing his power, it ended up in her sword with the symbol appearing on the handle.

Sora ran up to her and put her arm around her neck, smiling and grinned, eyes closed, and gave her thanks, celebrating her victory, though she did feel bad for Sin. Sahel and Tamira were happy, while Sin's friends felt bad for him. They looked towards him to see him speechless, just standing there.
