Lance awoke early for the first time in forever. He had a neck pain and drool stringing down from his face to the cushions. Lance shot up and wiped his spit away. It was a good thing he woke up early too, because he would've died if anyone saw, especially Keith. Wait, why did he care if Mullet saw?
This happened a lot recently. He'd find himself caring about what that idiot who stole his bed thought and wondering what he was doing at that exact moment in time. It disturbed Lance in all honesty. Sometimes when he looked at the shorter man, his heart would speed up and start pounding in his chest.
That doesn't mean he gained feelings for the dork who's always trying to one-up him, right?
"Hey Lance," Hunk said entering the room, giving him a slight wave. Lance gave him a wave back. "Wait Lance? Why are you up this early? You usually sleep in..." Hunk gave him a questioning glance. Lance just yawned and stood. God he had terrible neck pain. He kept rolling his neck trying to get rid of the pain, but it stayed. "Lance? Answer me," Hunk said, giving his friend a look of worry. Lance never rolled his neck before, for as long as the big paladin could remember he hadn't. Lance always made sure he didn't get neck pains.
"Oh sorry, Hunk. I just got locked out my room last night," Lance lied. Hunk questioned Lance's answer for a moment before shrugging.
"Ask Coran about that, maybe Allura." Hunk walked to the couch next to the one Lance slept on and fell onto the soft cushions. "Dude, what is that on the couch?" Hunk asked referring to the drool spot Lance made.
"Uh, I'm hungry, when's breakfast?" Lance nervously questioned to change the subject. Hunk got excited. That's one thing Lance learned, just ask Hunk about food and he'll forget what he just said. It comes in handy.
"I was just thinking of what I should serve. I miss eggs and biscuits from earth, but I can make an alternative with the space ingredients. It'll taste different, but its the closest we can get. I should've brought some things from earth to make cooking more easy, but I like the challenge. Food is food, but its a masterpiece! Plus I know all of the stuff stored in that kitchen, so it isn't much of a challenge since I know what I can and can't make," Hunk ranted as Lance half listened. Talking about food made the blue paladin hungry.
"That sounds great, Hunk. Why don't you get started? Just speaking about breakfast makes me hungry..." Lance said and ushered Hunk out so he could start on the food. When Hunk was gone, Lance gave a sigh.
He had to see if Keith was still asleep in his bed. He looked down the hallway to make sure Hunk wasn't in sight, then rushed to his room. He made a quick dash inside when he heard Coran and Allura's voices coming in his direction.
"Lance? What are you doing in here?" Keith asked. Lance looked at Keith, who was halfway through taking his shirt off.
"What am I doing? This is my room that you stole last night. WHY ARE YOU STRIPPING!?" Lance blushed as he stared at Keith's bare chest. Why was his face hot? He's seen Keith change plenty of times when they'd switch from and to their Voltron suits. It also happened while they were back on earth. They'd change shirts in the same room. So why the quiznak was he blushing now?
"Your room? What are you- OH WAIT," Keith remembered last night when he fell asleep talking to Lance. Did the idiot not sleep in his room because Keith fell asleep on the bed? Guilt struck Keith's heart for a moment. Then he realized that he slept in Lance's bed and began to strip in his room. It shouldn't be a big deal, Keith stayed in Lance's room the whole year because of Lance's big family. A blush still dusted his cheeks as he put his shirt back on. "Sorry!"
Lance just turned the other way with a hand over his face to hide his intensely deep blush. Keith rushed out of the room before another word could be said. Lance just looked over at his bed to see his covers were tidy, something they rarely were. Keith would make a great house maid if he did that by habit. Lance immediately pushed the thought away as the image of Keith in a maid's uniform erupted his thoughts.
This couldn't happening.

Shiro shook Pidge awake with his one hand. She jolted up and asked, "what's going on?" Shiro just laughed as he pointed to Peggle and Glutan waiting at the open cell.
"That's the longest you slept since we arrived. Is it the bed? Or did you not have a nightmare?" Shiro asked as Pidge exited the bed and walked to Peggle and Glutan. Shiro did the same. They already knew the drill and held their hands out, Shiro holding his one out. With a smile Glutan put cuffs onto the two.
"I had a good dream last night. First one in a year, don't know if it was the bed," Pidge said with a smile then turned to the guards, "grape, what's our schedule today?" Peggle gave a fake laugh.
"Very funny, I hope you haven't forgotten our names, and you're going to the leader then a fight today," the guard said, as he lead Pidge out. Glutan grabbed Shrio as always and the two brothers lead them down the hallway to Lotor. Since Shiro only had one hand, Glutan always held the other half of the space cuffs, similar to the ones Coran gave them when they first became paladins.
"I haven't forgotten your names. I just prefer to say grape," Pidge responded as they walked the never-ending hallways. "What's Prince Grape want?"
Peggle gave her a look of utter disgust before laughing. "Prince Lotor wants to talk about your last match and your future in the fights."
"Sounds great," Shiro sarcastically said. He didn't like Prince Lotor. The man creeped him out in many ways, one being his no regards for personal space.
They arrived shortly to their destinations and were, once again, shoved roughly to their knees in front of Lotor, who had self-esteem higher then Lance's. The Galra prince smiled, "I had planned for you two to wear each other down, than have Pillar Death defeat you, but Pillar Death escaped and came in early. Though, you two still surprised me. Plus the crowd love you two, lovers in the ring," the prince teased.
"What, now!?" the two humans screeched, looking horrified and embarrassed. Had her overwhelming love for him to obvious? Wait, it was the kiss, wasn't it? It definitely was. Pidge mentally face-palmed. Why did she do it? Shiro is probably upset people gained the wrong idea of them. She glanced at Shiro and one thought popped in her head: Shiro.exe has stopped working.
"I want you to continue winning and with each win you'll get a better cell, until we can offer no more than the bounds of prisoners, which can be a lot," Lotor explained with a smile. Pidge looked at him, she honestly planned on doing that anyway. "Well take Beast and Beauty to the arena!"
There we go! I really have lost where I was going with this book. Now I'm full on winging it XD I plan for less then 20 chapters, but that might not happen...
