Hannah’s POV

When we got back to the house, everyone was sitting there waiting for us. Kensi went straight over to sit next to Deeks and I just stood there awkwardly. It seemed that everyone had a place. Everyone except me.

"Hannah, we got you a seat," Tony said, pointing to a bean bag. My face lit up. I guess Tony remembered how much I love them. Running over to my new seat, I thanked Tony for getting it for me. Everyone laughed at my enthusiasm and I just laughed along with them. Right now, my life couldn’t get much better. Turning on my phone, I realised that I had over fifty texts and missed calls from Mimi and Emiliya. Most of them were asking where I was and why the hell I was arresting people at school. I ignored them all, not wanting my old life to ruin the happiness I was feeling.

“So, Hannah, what you going to do when you return to America?” Ziva asked. The others turned to look at me, obviously clueless.

“Well, I guess I will enrol into the NCIS Academy. I’m way too young but I know the people who run it so I have a chance. If they don’t let me in I’ll probably half home school half help Eric and Nell up in Ops. I’m not too sure about anything else though?” I told them. My phone suddenly starts ringing and when I see who is calling me I almost fall off my chair. Almost. I get up and walk out of the room, going into the kitchen and shutting the door behind me, before answering.

“Hey, haven’t see you in a while,”

“Yeah well, you know my parents. After they caught me trying to catch a flight to England, they cut off all communication,”

“You tried to escape to England?”

“Yeah, but anyway, I heard you were coming back to America,”

“Not for a while, but yeah, I’ll defiantly be back,”

“Cool! So, when you come back, want to meet up or something?”

“Sure, where do you live these days anyway?”

“Still in Los Angeles, not gone anywhere,”

“Ok, well I’ll call you when I get to America,”

“Good, well, got to go, but I missed you Hannah,”

“Missed you too Harley,” Then he hung up and I went back into the living room. They all stared at me curiously.

“Who was that?” Deeks asked

“Just this guy, no one important,” I answered hurriedly, knowing that if Tony or Kensi found out it was Harley, they would never stop annoying me about it. Again. My phone beeped and I saw that I had a message from Harley

‘You know, we never went to that new coffee shop like you promised,’ I laughed a bit, remembering the stupid dare that led to me promising that we would go to Rock Paper Scissors, this new coffee shop on our road.

“What’s so funny?” Ziva asked curiously

“Nothing, just my friend, sent me a funny picture,” I answered, praying that they would buy it. Deeks and Ziva bought it but Tony and Kensi didn’t, I could tell by the way they were looking at me. Suddenly, realisation hit Kensi, Tony not far behind.

“It was Harley, wasn’t it?” Kensi asked, a smile spreading on her face. I shook my head viciously,

“No it wasn’t, I don’t even have his number, and of course it wasn’t him,”

“Yeah, it was, let me guess, you have a date?” Tony said in his most annoying voice

“No it wasn’t! Just, leave it, seriously,” I said, starting to get seriously annoyed. So what if it was Harley? Just because we were best friends in the olden days, doesn’t mean that we’re dating. Yeah, he’s a boy. SO WHAT?!

“Who’s Harley?” Deeks asked, his face reminding me of a lost puppy.

“Hannah’s BOYFRIEND!!!” Kensi said, taunting me

“No he isn’t! We’re best friends! Nothing else,” I repeated

“Ha, Hannah has a boyfriend!” Tony said again

“Says you lot! You’re the ones that ignored the fact you were perfect for each other for like 8 years!” I told them, trying desperately not to start shouting

“Yeah, and look at us now, we’re dating and expecting kids,” Deeks said. I sighed

“Ok Ok, you win. We all know I like him, doesn’t mean we’re dating ok?” I say in defeat. They smirk in victory but I really don’t care right now.

“Thank you. Ok, Hannah, your room is the first one on the left, your parents bought over your bag,” Kensi told me

“Which one? My Escape To America bag or my Zombie Apocalypse bag?” I asked. Everyone raised their eyebrows at me and laughed.

“Um, well, she bought two, one black and one blue,” Kensi said

“Good, she bought both of them,” I said, before walking off to my new room.

Walking inside, I looked around, taking in the sight of my new room. There was a single bed in the corner, no duvet or pillows but I knew I had them in my bag. There was another bean bag and a desk. I looked over at the desk and saw lots of school books. Well, homeschooling is better than school I guess. There was also a wardrobe. I turned round and laughed at what I saw. A punching bag! Well, that could defiantly be put to good use. I go over to sit on my new bed and unpack my bags; starting with my escape to America bag because that has the most important stuff in since I am, essentially, escaping to America. Suddenly, I hear four sets of screams and the sound of the door slamming. Then Silence. Dropping my pillow, I run into the living room but it’s empty. Panicking, I quickly search the rest of the house, hoping that this is just a stupid prank, but they’re gone. Telling myself to stay calm and breathe, I Walk back into the kitchen but stop dead n my tracks when I see a piece of paper. I go over to read it.

‘You took my family so I’m going to take yours. Don’t expect to see your friends any day soon. Except maybe in the afterlife.’
