Kensi's POV

Slowly, I opened my eyes, greeted by Deeks eyes staring lovingly at me. Smiling, I sat up and grinned as he brushed a few stands of hair behind my ear.
"Morning beautiful," He whispered, smiling at me
"Morning handsome," I replied, smiling back at him
"What do you want to do today?" He asked, slightly tilting his head to the left, something I always find adorable.
"Dunno, hang out with you I guess," I tell him honestly, knowing that there's nothing I'd rather do.
"Sounds good," He whispers, before sitting up and pulling me so that I was sitting in between his legs, wrapping his arms around my waist. I lean back onto his chest and smile as he drops a kiss to the top of my head.
"Definitely sounds good," I whisper in reply, loving being this close to him. But I also knew that if he was doing this then he wanted to talk.
"Kens," He whispers. I can feel his breath on my skin.
"Yeah Deeks,"
"You know what I was talking to the guys about yesterday,"
"So?"
"What were you taking to Nell about?" He asks quietly,
"How useless guys are," I answer honestly,
"What d'ya mean?"
"Well, you wouldn't admit that you like me and Eric refuses to tell Nell that he loves her,"
"Eric and Nell? Always knew that would happen," He said, grinning but truthful. He always used to say they would.
"Um Deeks, I think that I've figured out the stuff and I lo-" There a knock on the door. Groaning, I get up and go to answer it, Deeks right behind me. We have thing about not answering the door without backup, either a gun or each other. Slowly, I open the door and gasp when I see who it is.

Jack.

"Hey Kensi," He says. Jack looks different. He looks younger, fitter, taller. Deeks is hotter though.
"Uh, hi," I stutter, relaxing when I feel Deeks lightly touch my back. He drags his finger slowly from the left to the right, signalling that he's here if I need him. We've kinda established this code for when we're in the field, but we sometimes use it out of work as well.
"So, who's this?" He asks, pointing at Deeks, jealousy showing on his face.
"Oh, this is Deeks, my par-"
"Husband," He interrupts, tapping my back twice. That just means that I should go with it.
"Yeah, three years now isn't it honey?" I say, turning to look at Deeks.
"Well too bad. Legally, we never got a divorce," Jack says, smirking at Deeks.
"So?" We say simultaneously
"So, I've come to collect what's mine," He says before grabbing my arm and pulling me outside. I let him pull me down the steps and then I chuck him over my shoulder, his head smashing on the steps. Walking over to a now laughing Deeks, he high fives me before quickly checking Jack. He's fine, no need for a hospital, so we chuck him in his boot before driving his car to another road.
"Well, that was fun," Deeks comments
"Haven't even had any sugar yet this morning," I reply, laughing as he starts running.
"Last one home buys breakfast," He challenges before running off as quickly as he can. Good job he got a head start since he knows that I'm faster than him. I quickly catch up, poking him in the side as I run past, making him stop momentarily. Laughing, I reach the house and unlock the door, getting inside quickly. I stand behind the door and then just as Deeks is about to enter the house

Bang! The door hits him straight in the nose and I can't help but laugh. And laugh and laugh and laugh. His nose is bright red and he looks extremply grumpy qhich just makes me laugh even more.

Oncce I literally can't laugh anymore, I offer my hand to help him get up. Slowly, he gets up and walks into the living room grumpily. Laughing, I sit next to him as he rubs his nose.

"Seriously Kensi! Did you have to do that?" He moans,

"Sorry, but I couldn't resist the temptation. Maybe you should learn to run faster,"

"Touche,"

"Touche," I reply. Sighing, he turns to me.

"Really Princess? After all this time you still don't know how to say touche properly!" He complains, poking me in the side, "I still have so much to teach you,"

"Uh hu, right," I say sarcastically,

"So, what were you going to say this morning before we got interupted?" He asks, leaning back on the sofa and draping an arm around me.

"Well, I was just going to say that I lo-" Theres a knock on the door and Sam and Callen come barging in. Groaning, I look up at them.

"We need to talk too Deeks," Sam says, before walking into the backyard. Deeks signals to me to listen in, not like I needed him to tell me. Silently, I follow them, hiding in the same place I did when Jake came over. It was a perfect spot, one were I could see and hear everything that was going on.

"So, have you told her yet?" Callen asks exitedly.

"Kinda, she heard us this morning," He admits,

"Well, what did she say?" Sam asks curiously

"It's not a no, but she needs to procss some stuff before she can say yes,"

"Ok, well, listen up," Callen starts,

"Kensi is our little sister, she may not be blood, but we're family," Sam says, making me smile

"We've known Kensi for a very long time, since she was 17 to be exact,"

"So, if you hurt her, we will personally murder you and make sure that no one ever, EVER finds out,"

"Got it?" They finish,

"You've known Kensi since she was 17?" I ask, amazed. I knew that the three of them were family, but 17! That's insane.

"Yeah, she ran away when her Dad dies at age 15, Hetty recruited her when she was 17. I helped train her," Callen explained, "Sam joined us when she was 21 and we became family,"

"Wow, how come I never knew that?" I asked, amazed at how long they've knock each other

"Well, Kensi doesn't really like talking about it," Sam says,

"So, what about Jack? I mean, you guys must have known him," I ask, curiously

"Yeah, she met Jack when she was 20, he left when she was 22. We spent hours trying to track him down and kill him for breaking her heart," Sam said

"We've already seen our little sister have her heart broken once, it better not happen again," Callen warns, before walking out and leaving the house, smiling and hugging Kensi. I walk in and see her curled up on the couch. Worried, I go and sit next to her, gently placing my arm around her. She rests her head on my shoulder and starts crying. That's right. Kensi Blye is crying! And my heart breaks. Over and over and over again. Because the girl I love is upset, and that's enough to break anyones heart.

"Shh, Kens, it's OK, I got you," I mumble into her hair, stroking her back, trying to soothe her. I carry on in this matter for a few minuites before the crying ceases and she looks up at me. I look down at her tear stained face and gently pick her up, surprised when she doesn't resist. Walking into the bedroom, I gently lay her down and sit next to her.

"Deeks," She mumbles,

"Yeah Princess,"

"I love you,"
