Deeks POV
Turns out, all Hetty wanted us for was to tell us that if we completed this new assignment she had for us, she would give us both a three week holiday! She sent its home, saying she would brief us the next day. After we had thanked her and gone home, immediately we crawled into the bed and went to sleep.
We got up bright and early the next morning, impatient to find out what our new assignment is going to be. We arrived at OPs in separate cars, making sure to keep up our cover. Together, we sat down infront of Hetty, and started the briefing.
"This assignment is extremely important," she started "Deeks, you will go undercover as Max Gentry. Your mission will be to seduce the target, Monica, and gain her trust." I froze and felt Kenzi do the same.
"Um, what does Kensi do?" I ask nervously
"You will be wearing an earwig, latest edition, she won't be able to find it, and Kensi will be backing you up," I relax a tiny bit, at least Kensi will be in my head,
"Ok, your mission starts now. Once you fully gain her trust, report back to me and I'll give you more instructions,"
"Come on Kens, let's go," I say. Once we're safely inside the elevator we collapse into each other's arm, silently giving each other the strength we both so desperately need.
"Kens, it'll be ok. Your going to be able to talk to me at all times, I'll hold of on sex and stuff for as long as possible. It'll hurt, but it will turn out ok," She nodds and seconds before the doors open she kisses me, then she walks to her car, no goodbye, no good luck, no nothing. I'm halfway to the nightclub, stressing out because I think this case is going to ruin us, when I get a text message from her,
'Goodluck Deeks, love you, turn your earwig on when you get there. Love u more than anything, never forget that,' God, is my kick ass girlfriend amazing or what?!
'Thanks, love you more princess,' I pull up outside the nightclub and, before stepping out, I turn my ear wig on. Taking a deep breath, I step inside.
Three hours later I've finished. With Monica madly in love with me, I know that Hetty will be pleased. Kensi got sent home a while ago so I went back to OPs by myself.
"Mr. Deeks, good job," Hetty says, "However, Miss. Blye has been taken off this car, we think that Monica has seen Her before so it too dangerous. While your on this case, you will not be making contract with any one unless your updating us," When she's finished I walk back to my car and sit there for a while. No seeing Kensi, being Max Gentry full time! Great.
Three days later, I'm sitting in my car, waiting for Monica to finish spying on her boss, when I hear gunshots and see Monica running through the streets. Quickly, I drive down the street, get out of the car while Monica gets in. I shoot the guy but Sadly I miss. Just as quickly, I get in and Monica kisses me,
"What the hell did you do?"
Kensis POV
It's been three days since I got kicked off the car and lost all communication work Deeks. I'm worried sick about him but the guys don't know about the case. Since Deeks isn't here, I've started talking to them again.
"Oh, God," I moan
"You okay?" Sam asks, concerned
"Yeah. Last night got a little rough," I reply
"Oh, really? Who?" He asks curiously
"Joshie." I tell him
"Joshie... Joshie? Is that the one who made your legs shake?"
