Flagging a Cab

One of the more annoying habits that Harry had gained over the years, Ginny thought, was his ability to flag a cab. It seemed that the muggle world, despite not knowing that Harry Potter was the most famous man ever in another world, had to pick Harry up in a cab wherever he went. Like he had an aura that meant that people rotated around him.

And now what had he done?

Passed that habit onto Lily. She had turned 18 after all, and was entitled to do whatever she wanted. She was off travelling in the Muggle world with Lysander Scamander now, both of them hopelessly in love.

She often invited Lysander into her house, normally to chat about Lily and how she was doing, giving advice on love life, etc.

And Lysander's last visit had consisted of them chatting about her little quirks, both positive and negative, and somehow led onto them talking about cabs.

There wasn't much she could do about that irritating habit, but it did mean that wherever Ginny Potter went, if her husband or daughter were with her, then they'd be sure to get quick cab service.
