Lily, Lorcan and Lysander grew up to become professional Quidditch players, and as brothers and sister-in law/girlfriend, they had excellent chemistry. Lily was often seen as the baby of the team they played with, but after scoring all the goals in a Quidditch match (with the help of the twins), Lily proved herself to be more than just Harry Potter's daughter. She proved that she didn't need to be protected any longer, and they faced South Africa in the Quidditch World Cup final, and won.
After their Quidditch career, the Three L's disappeared to do some travelling - muggle and wizard. They travelled to a country, went to the biggest wizard destination, and then to the biggest muggle destination. They kept track of where they went, recording it in a book and producing a book - A Guide to The Muggle and Wizarding World by Lily Potter, Lorcan Scamander and Lysander Scamander.
Luna was very proud of her boys, and loved Lily so very much. Luna was amazed when they dedicated the book to her, but it was a no-brainer.
Lily and Lorcan/Lysander (whichever ship you prefer) stayed in England for the rest of their life, and they had a boy and a girl. Lysander/Lorcan (the other one who isn't with Lily) carried on travelling the world, and eventually settled down with a muggle. They had a girl, younger than Lily's daughter and son.
