"Hi Ellen." Harry said. Lily ran up to her and hugged her, than ran off and went back to her mother.

"Happy Birthday, Ellen. You know, for last week." James smiled. Albus hung back, nervous of the muggle girl.

James was also 11, and was accompanying Ellen to Hogwarts, although she was sure to make different friends.

*In the Afterlife*

"Well who would've thought it? Big D's kid, becoming a wizard. Oh, the look on Vernon's face must've been priceless." James laughed.

"Oh, I can imagine it. I remember Vernon well, when he passes through the veil, he will have hell to pay with my fist and his face. The way he treated my little boy..." Lily muttered.

"Oh I'm with you there, Lily flower. I will punch him. I met him one to many times and all of those times he tried to get rid of Harry. If only the bloody trace wasn't on Harry, and I wasn't in Azkaban, I would've raised him."

"Oi, I could have." Remus chimed in.

"I think you are forgetting myself." Albus smiled.

"Okay, calm down. I think Minnie would have been a better mother."

Squabbling erupts and Lily wonders what on earth she has done.

*in the present, Diagon Alley*

"Hi James, Lily, Albus."

"It is Al, actually. You are family, remember?" Albus smiled.

"Okay, Al." Ellen smiled, finally she was being accepted.

They carried on walking through Diagon Alley, and by the end of the day, Ellen knew more about magic and Quidditch than she ever wished she would have known.
