Buong araw si Rafael ang kasama ko. Ever since I knew him, I enjoyed his company kaso nga lang kami pa ni JM ng mga araw na iyon at pinagseselosan nya si Rafael or lahat ng lalaking close ko.
"So, how are you and Charm? I heard sya daw ang sumundo sayo." I can sense the teasing tone in his voice. Natawa nalamang ako. Seriously? Isn't that an issue to be buried six feet from the ground, already. Past is past—sana.
"We're definitely fine now. Wala na naman kaming issue na dapat pag-usapan pa diba? the day I ended everything is the day we had our closure." I said, trying to be casual.
I don't know but I still feel something for JM and I don't want to deny it anymore kasi naman diba as a girls if you're jealous that means you feel something towards that person and alam na alam ko sa sarili ko na mahal ko pa rin si JM not just because of what happened to us five years ago but for some reasons.
"Magaling!" He said with amusement. I chuckled a bit then buried my feet on the sand.
"So, wala na talaga?" he spoke. Muli na naman akong napahagikhik.
"Meron." I whispered in my mind but my mouth have spoken "Wala na talaga" casually, not even stuttering. I swallowed hard. Silence filled us.
Napatalikod na lamang kaming dalawa ni Rafael when Thea suddenly wrapped her arms around us na halata talaga na ikinagulat naming dalawa ni Rafael.
"Hi guys, you're so sweet together. C'mon let's take a dip!" pilit akong tumawa and slowly get her arm off me.
"Uhm, maybe next time Thea. Next time, if the weather isn't as hot as me!" sagot ko sa kanya. Rafael and I giggled. Nagtatawanan kaming iniwan si Thea sa dalampasigan at nagtatatakbong nagpunta sa kung saan ididiriwang ang party.
The caterers are still working for the things up. Si Hannah at Chaos naman nakikipag-usap sa mga crew while Chaos is hugging Hannah from behind and swaying their bodies. I smiled sa nakikita ko, sobrang sweet ng mag asawa.
Napaigtad ako nang maramdaman ang pagvibrate ng phone ko sa kamay ko. I smiled even wide as I saw the caller's ID.
"Uhm, Raf, I'll leave you for awhile. May kakausapin lang ako." malapad itong ngumiti atsaka tumango then I left.
