Chapter 41

Jason’s POV

We went to find my dad. I was guessing he was in his office. I was right, he is most likely in there getting ready for the second ceremony.

I knocked on the door.

“Come in.” He called from the other side of the door. We walked in. “Yes, what can I do for you four?”

“Dad, Chloe wants to do the transformation.” I told him.

He looked at us as if we had horns. “Are you mad? Jason, you know what happened last time the transformation was carried out.”

“Yes, I know but it worked all of the times before that. I have did my research Dad. I didn’t just take this lightly. Both of them are aware of the risks but they want to go through with it.” I said.

“Why is it that you want to do this?” My dad asked looking at them. My mom decided to make an appearance.

I nodded at them both to let them know to tell my dad.

“Alpha, Chloe has recently lost one of my pups.” My mom gasped. “She can’t have any of my pups because my DNA is too strong for her to hold. The only way that she is ever going to be able to have children is if she does the transformation.”

“I am sorry to hear that, but it is way too risky. Plus we can’t do it anyway because there is a big storm coming in and the moon goddess will not be able to see. And I am preoccupied tonight with Alice. Maybe next month when you have had time to think.”

“Dad, I could perform the transformation. As I have said, I have done my research I know everything about it.”

“Son, you have to retract blood from an Alpha and Luna and the mate of the person. Is everybody willing to do this?” He asked.

“Yeah.” We all said at the same time.

“Well, if you are sure then I suppose you can do it. You have 45 minutes to go and retract all of your blood mix it together and get to the lake. The Moon Goddess will have a good view of you there. And good luck.” He said. I think my dad only agreed because mom made him. I knew they were having some type of conversation in their mind link.

“Thank you.” We all said as we left.

“Okay, let’s go to the infirmary and get Dr Adams to sort out our blood.” Ally said.

We headed down to the infirmary. I never actually realised how big my house was. I suppose that is just what having a pack is about. I walked up to the reception.

“Hello Linda, do you know where Dr Adams is?” I asked the receptionist.

“Yes she is just treating a broken arm, she should be about two minutes if you would like to have a seat.” She said pointing over to the waiting area. Usually I wouldn’t have to wait because I am the Alpha but all of the doctors were at home getting ready for the ceremony tonight.

Justin came into the infirmary carrying food.

“Hey guys, what are you all doing down here?” Justin asked.

“Oh we are just getting some bloods taken.” I said.

“Oh right, where is my beautiful mate anyway?” He asked.

“She is sorting out a broken arm.” I told him.

He sat down beside us awaiting for his mate.

“Jason?” Ally said.

“Yeah?”

“Do we not have to be there for Alice’s ceremony, being her godparents and all?” She asked looking pretty confused.
