In Denial

Chapter 12

I let out a horrified scream at the sight before us! Ew!

"Melody!" I screamed as her and Danny continued to make out completely naked on the couch.

"Oh my gosh! I am so sorry." she said as her cheeks went a deep red colour.

"Oh my god sis! That is something your twin brother should never see." Jason said awkwardly.

"I'm really sorry." she said.

"I was just happy to see her that's all." Danny burst into te conversation.

"Well next time you are happy to see her please take it up to her room like seriously I am never sitting on that couch again." Jason said.

"Sorry, dude." Danny said apologetically.

"It's OK I know what having a mate is like." Jason said liking lovingly into my eyes and giving me one of his heart melting smiles.

I blushed.

"What?! This kind of thing has never happened to us before." I said exasperated.

"I know I was just saying." he laughed.

"This is not funny Jason!" I scolded.

"Oh yeah and congratulations you two." Jason said.

"What do you mean?" Mel asked blushing.

"On getting pregnant duh!" Jason said.

"Did you tell him?!" Mel scolded.

"No I swear." I said holding my hands up.

"No, sis you see I am a very powerful werewolf and you can smell that you are carrying a pup." he said.

"Oh right." was all that she said.

Everything was silent for a while until Mel spoke.

"It's good to see you home big brother." she smiled.

"I know, well Danny why did you come back so soon?" Jason asked.

"Because Mel needed me your mom didn't really take the while pregnancy easy." Danny explained.

"Oh well we will have to see if we can talk her round, saying as I am her favourite child."Jason said playfully.

"That would be good. And you so are not!" Mel said shoving him.

We all had a laugh and caught up with Danny.

"Where is mom?" Jason asked.

"I have no idea. Once Danny showed up she took a physco and stormed out of the house." Mel said.

"It's alright, babe." Danny comforted her knowing she was going to cry.

"I just want mom to accept this."she said.

I felt sorry for her like it must be so hard for her having to cope without her mother's support.

"She will. She going to have to." I said.

"I hope so." she yawned.

She soon fell asleep and Danny carried her upstairs.

Jase and I snuggled into each other.

"Thanks for being beside me when I woke up." he said kissing my temple.

"Anyday." I smiled.

"Really?"

"Yeah, in a heartbeat."I said sitting on his knee.

"I love you, Ally." he said as he looked into my eyes.

"Jace..I l.." and then Danny came in through the door.

"Sorry did I interrupt something here?" he asks pointing a finger between the two of us.

"No." I said.

"Yes." Jason blurted.

We both said it at the same time.

"Oh, Mel just wants some water." he said walking through the livingroom to the kitchen.

He left and we didn't talk until we heard Mel's door close.

"Jason!" I said slapping his arm.

"What?" he asked innocently.

"He didn't interrupt anything."

"He kind if did."

I just sat there staring at him.

"I am sorry." he said.

"It's OK so like I was saying," I siad leaning down closer to his face," I." this time we were interrupted by a worried looking Maria.

"Jason, here you are." she said.

"Yeah."

"Why didn't you tell me you were being discharged?" she barged.

"I'm sorry I was just excited to get out."he said.

"Alright but you should have phoned me, what would you like to eat?" she asked.

"Anything would be great mom." Jace answered.

"OK dinner will be ready in an hour."

"Thanks mom."

Maria went in and started in dinner.

"I am going to go on home." I said.

"No Ally, stay for dinner?" Jason asked.

"OK. only because your mom is an amazing cook." I said and we heard Maria laugh from the kitchen.

"Good, now let's go and get abit if rest before dinner." Jason said taking my hand and leading me up to his room.

We got into bed and we started playing twenty questions.

"Did you know that my father was an Alpha?"I asked.

"No way!"

"Uh huh."

"I never knew that." he said.

"OK your turn."

"Right what was America like?" he asked.

"Oh my, it was beautiful and the weather was brilliant, I learnt how to surf you know?"

"That's so cool and that counted as a question so my turn." he said smugly.

I immeadiately threw a pillow at him.

And that got us into a full blown pillow fight!

We were both in a fit of laughter when all the warriors and Alpha Colin cam back from the fight.

It didn't look too good.
