In Denial

Chapter Five

"I love you, Ally please believe me."Jason said.

"I can't not after what I did to you." I said with years in my eyes.

"I never lie to you never have and never will."he stated.

"I know but how could anyone love me?"I said with one tear strolling down my cheek.

"Because you are the most beautiful girl I have ever met. Inside and out." he smiled cupping my cheek.

We were now in the middle if the woods talking because we wanted to escape the party for a little while. It was nice to have people throw a party for you but everything was just getting a little too much.

He pulled me into his chest and we hugged a a warm embrace for a few minutes.

"You know I can never stay mad at you, regardless of what happened two years ago." he said kissing my forehead.

"I know you can't it's just I can't forget how much I broke your heart, and I will never forgive myself for that."

"Well, you are going to have to because I need you to be with me so I can be the best Alpha I can be." he smiled.

"I promise, we can someday but not at the moment I am not ready for tge responsibility yet." I said causing him to laugh.

"We don't become Alpha and Luna now we do all that when we are twenty one."he said looking into my eyes.

"Fine, if we are going to do this we are going to do this properly." I smiled.

"What do you mean?" he asked.

"I mean that we are going to go out on dates and stuff." I said.

"Really?" he asked shocked.

"Really." I echoed. He hugged me so hard I could barely breath but I love it!

We walked back hand and hand to the party. Melody rushed over to me and dragged me up to her room.

"What's wrong?" I asked confused.

"So?"

"We talked and we are going on a date on Saturday." I smiled.

"OMG that is so cool! I am so happy for you!" she said giving me a hug.

"So what about you and Danny?" I asked raising and eyebrow.

"Oh well he asked me to move to America with him and I said no."

"Why?" I asked shocked.

"Because I am way too young but we have promised each other to go to each other during holidays and when I am eighteen I am going to move over there." she said. I could tell she was picturing it all in her head.

"That sounds like a good plan."

There was a knock at the door. It was Danny and Jason looking for us.

"There you are." the both siad together.

"Yeah, just having a chat." I explained.

"Oh sorry to interrupt but they are lighting the three cakes now." Danny said taking Mel's hand.

"Yes, Danny we all know how much you like cake." I laughed.

"Hey." he nudged me playfully earning a growl from Mel and Jason.

"Sorry guys." we said raising our hands in surrender.

"It's alright we know you two have history." Mel said blushing.

"That's how you get when it comes to mates I suppose." I stated.

"Right, let's go and get some cake!" Danny said.
