[Daily]

- You always made sure he was "playing" nice with the other patients
- Having to make sure he especially didn't try to have some rivalry outburst with John Doe, Joker
- You were the one to always make sure he wasn't taking too little or too much of his medication
- Made sure he drunk enough water with every meal
- You'd let him have the newspapers you finished, obviously leaving the puzzles for him
- As a bonus: if he behaved for more than a few days, or a week, you'd buy him a crossword book or let him have his favorite tea

[Before being assigned]

- Like every new psychiatrist at Arkham, you had to read up on his past events, his usual tricks and schemes, and his childhood
- Study videos and recordings

[During sessions]

- It took a while before he actually opened up to a new psychiatrist (which is common)
- At first he'd avoid your questions, avoided the topic of conversations and start his own
- It took nearly four weeks to at least get a peep from him and it was cause from getting into an argument with another patient
- He believed his mind was too bright to be stuck with such fools: "Jealous! Ever since I was a child, even my father"
- Once you caught on, during his next session he actually began to talk to you about his past at a minimum
- He told you his father would beat him, you respond: "Using the abuse from your your father doesn't justify the murder and trauma of others. Use your mind to build, to be better than your father."
- He took in what you said, angered to reject them. He already knew he was better than his father but thought he could be more

[In the end]

- He liked your company, you didn't cover anything with sweet words like his other doctors
- He liked your "spunk" as he said
- Even though he would have outburst and tantrums, or misbehaved, he liked the idea of someone having his back
- Instead of beating good into him like some vigilantes
