Noya: Ok, I choose Shoyo, Tanaka, and Tsukishima.
Tsukki: Why do I have to do this?
Hinata: YAYY!

Noya: Okay so I'm gonna teach you how to do the rolling thunder!
Lex: Please don't break anything.
Noya: No promises! *smiles*
Lex: That doesn't reassure me.
Noya: Okay, lets get started! Everyone stand in a straight line.
Tsukki: I don't want to do this...
Noya: Okay so first you do this. *demonstrates how to do the rolling thunder*
Noya: Did you understand that?
Tsukki: No, I don't know how anyone understood that.
Hinata: Yeah I got it! Let's do this! *tries to do rolling thunder and ends up crashing into the gym wall*
Hinata: Oww, why did that hurt so much? *rubs side of head*
Tanaka and Tsukki: *laughs at Hinata*
Tanaka: Ok my turn! *tries to do the rolling thunder and crashes into the gym doors*
*Door Opens*
Suga: Tanaka, what're you doing?
Tanaka: Nothing Suga-San.
Noya: I'm teaching them how to do the rolling thunder! *smiles proudly*
Suga: Okay. *looks over to see Hinata still up against the wall* Hinata, are you okay?
Hinata: I'm fine, my head just hurts. *pouts and holds the side of his head*
Suga: *sighs* Come with me, we'll go get you some ice.
* Hinata follows Suga out of the gym*
Noya: Okay Tsukishima you try.
Tsukishima: *sighs* Fine * barely does any effort in trying to do anything*
Lex: If we're being honest his was the best one yet.
Tanaka: What're you talking about, I was the best! * tries to make a scary face*
Lex: Yeah sure you were...
Tsukishima: If you'll excuse me I'll be leaving now. *puts headphones on and walks out of the gym*
Noya: This was a train wreck.
Lex: Yep
* Hinata runs back in the gym while holding and ice pack to his head*
Hinata: I'm back!
Lex: I think you should rest so you don't hurt yourself anymore, also Daichi would kill me if you got seriously hurt to where you can't play volleyball for a while. So please go rest.
Hinata: B-but I want to be as cool as Nishinoya~Senpai... *pouts and does puppy eyes*
Lex: I know what you want to do but if you get hurt even more Daichi will kill me and I don't want you to get hurt and not be able to play volleyball.
Hinata: Can I please try it one more time? *does puppy eyes*
Lex: No matter how cute you look right now I can't allow you to do that again. You can try when you're feeling better. You can't change my mind so you need to go home and get some rest and the same goes for you Nishinoya.
Hinata: Okay fine. *pouts and walks out of the gym*
Noya: Bye Lex see ya later! *waves and runs out of the gym*
Lex: Finally. *sighs*
