Most teachers and professors in Catholic schools, colleges, and universities are not genuine teachers or genuine professors. They are the lowly-paid employees of the Catholic church to spread the word of God in this only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century.
To begin with, teachers and professors are suppose to be, first and foremost, the guardians of civilization. There is, however, no such thing as "civilization" existing in the Philippines. There is only "corruption" here, there, and everywhere as a daily way of life of the Filipinos in the Philippines. - - - Poch Suzara
