Woe to us Filipinos as a People and as a Nation

I said it before, I say it again: the troubles of the Filipinos as a people should be measured in miles. The problems of the Philippines as a nation should be measured in tons.

                                                                                                                                                                                       Poor Duterte as the president of the Philippines. He can only solve the troubles of the Filipinos as a people in terms of inches, not in miles. He can also solve the troubles of the Philippines as a nation in terms of pounds, not in tons.

Again, thanks to our sick and insane system of education - that's how sick and insane we Filipinos are both as a people and as a nation. To think that the sick and insane Philippines today in this already 21st century has been the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century.

Look at what Christianity down through the centuries has taught us for the greater glory of Jesus in heaven: how to stay be poor and sick and backward as a people; and, how to stay spiritually frightened and morally bankrupt and religiously troubled as a nation! - - - Poch Suzara
