My Dear Alcantara,

Most schools, colleges, and universities established throughout the Philippines are NOt under the ownership or under the management of the STATE, but are own and operated by the Catholic church. Teachers and professors are the lowly-paid employees of the church. of such COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES, not EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

You can see results around you just how spiritually poor and backward we are as a People, and how morally bankrupt we are as a nation. Indeed, what can be expected of millions of Filipinos educated to be NOT well-informed, or productive, or creative citizens of the Republic of the Philippines; but to be, first and foremost, faithful Catholics specially for the greater glory of Jesus in heaven?

BY the way, all of the corrupt and sick congressmen, senators, governors, mayors, barangay captains, etc of ours sick and corrupt government are all college educated products of LA SALLE, ATENEO, SAN BEDA, LETRAN, UST, etc, not to mention UP the producer of a Marcos.

Notice how aLL OF THE SICK AND CORRUPT officials of the government all believe, love, and worship God and his son Jesus; not one of them is an ATHEIST. Well, why not? After all God is always there ready to forgive such criminals and sinners of their sins and their crimes!
